here’s the number of graffiti our guide stopped to show and explain, in this graffiti tour: 0 the street food was mediocre it lasted 2 hours instead of “approx” 3 of this two hours 10 mins explaining the history of colombia, 40 mins walking, the rest sitting somewhere waiting a complete waste of money i give two instead of one because our guide was a really good kid, Mateo you don’t see anything that you wouldn’t have seen if you go alone and as for the history of colombia, wikipedia would be as good.

After the terrible yesterday, I'll rather lose the money. Not going in a a tour with this operator. They were disrespectful and arrogant. No idea what customer is about.

The Comuna 13 Graffiti Tour with Street Food was a truly educational and memorable experience that highlighted the incredible transformation of the community over time. The graffiti art on the walls tells powerful and diverse stories, which our guide explained clearly and thoughtfully. We also had the chance to try a variety of local snacks, which gave us a deeper appreciation for the culture of Comuna 13. Our tour guide was kind, attentive, and made sure we returned safely to the meeting point. He even waited until we were securely in our transportation before leaving, which we really appreciated. That said, I do have a few suggestions for improvement: Meeting Point Clarification: The name of the meeting point restaurant is “Mestizaje”, not just “Mixture.” When we asked locals for directions using the name “Mixture,” some didn’t recognize it, which made it harder to find. Tour Guide Identification: Upon booking, we weren’t provided with the name of our guide, which made it difficult to get help from other tour staff in the area. Sharing this detail in advance would be helpful. Tour Guide Visibility: It would be useful if the guides wore shirts with the tour company’s name in a noticeable color. This would make it easier for guests to identify their guide in the busy Comuna 13 area and stay together during the tour. Audio Clarity: At times during the tour, it was difficult to hear the guide due to music playing in the background from local residents. Investing in a small microphone or portable speaker to amplify the guide’s voice would really enhance the experience and ensure everyone can follow along. Lastly, tourists should be aware that this tour involves walking up several stairs and steep inclines, so wearing comfortable shoes and being prepared for some physical effort is important. Overall, my family and I had a great time and truly enjoyed the tour. It's a meaningful experience I would recommend with just a few tweaks that could make it even better.
