A great class for food lovers in Buenos Aires! This class was interactive and fun from start to finish. We loved getting hands-on right away, prepping our dulce de leche flan and making empanadas and chipa. While we enjoyed the empanadas and chipa with some good wine, Freddie shared professional culinary insights and prepared spectacular steaks for the main course. Finishing the afternoon with the steaks, our dessert, and a nice Malbec was the perfect end to the experience. If you’re visiting BA and want to understand Argentine food culture in an educational, and delicious way, don’t miss this!

We had an amazing time at Criolla! Frederick, Lautaro, and Julian made everything so special and seamless. We learned to make empanadas with Yasgua sauce, Chipa, and some other things to end in an amazing meal. The initial vermouth soda was a fun touch along with the wine pairing with local wines. We went as a family of 6 and enjoyed the 3 hour experience. Worth every penny and a must do in Buenos Aires. Very excited to take the recipes home to my family and friends

This was a lot of fun. It is a great chef and a great teacher. Lautaro for the natural host and made us feel welcome. Julian is probably a sommelier, and he definitely knows his wines.

Augestina and Nick were incredible. I had an amazing experience at this cooking class and would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys food or wants to improve their skills in the kitchen. Nick was friendly and extremely knowledgeable, explaining each step clearly and making the class fun. I liked how hands on the session was, we weren’t just watching, we were actually cooking and learning useful techniques along the way. The recipes were well chosen, easy to follow, and delicious. All the ingredients were fresh and well prepared. I would highly recommend.

It was a nice class but the description is misleading. We thought we were purchasing an actual cooking class with a Michelin chef in which we would learn to cook several classic dishes. Instead, we attended a short (1.5 hours) where the group made empanadas together (2 in the group actually cooked), cheese balls and then had premade cookies that we put together. It was a nice short class but not what we were expecting.
