If you are looking for a unique culinary experience, then join us in a hands-on cooking class, where you will be initiated into the secrets of Greek cuisine. We will prepare and cook four starters together. This is a good excuse to enjoy a glass of tsipouro, a homemade distilled spirit from mainland Greece. Although many salads exist throughout Greece, none can beat a traditional Greek salad. Therefore, we will prepare this colourful and nutritious dish, unlike anything you have tried until now, with most of the ingredients freshly picked from our garden. Next is our main course: a dish from the local Corfiot cuisine or another famous Greek dish. Prepare your senses for an explosion of flavours and treat yourselves to top-quality local white wine. There is no Greek feast without a traditional sweet, so indulge yourselves with one of the most famous Greek desserts. Whether it is baklava or halva, galaktoboureko or orange pie, it will end your day at Corfood Bites in the sweetest way.

Our Cooking Class: The day will begin with a brief chat where roles are assigned based on your cooking skills. Afterward, we’ll pick fresh vegetables from our garden (if ripe) and start cooking. Our Greek feast is a culinary journey, featuring a variety of dishes, including starters, salad, a main course, and dessert. All participants will be actively involved in preparing the day’s dishes, with Christos always available to guide and supervise. Once the cooking is complete, it’s time to gather around the table and enjoy the fruits of our labor with a gargantuan feast. Delicious Greek food, friendly company, a cheerful atmosphere, and excellent wine are the essential ingredients for an unforgettable experience. The class will last between 4.5 to 6 hours, depending on the menu’s complexity and the number of participants. For your convenience, our classes are offered in both English and French, ensuring a comfortable and inclusive learning environment for everyone. Please note that the cooking class cannot proceed with only one participant. If you are alone and there are no other bookings for that day, we will kindly ask you to cancel or reschedule.

There were 3 in our group but our total group was 10. Christos was great! Our group was a good size but there was something for everyone to do. When we sat down for our meal we shared some techniques and process since we were all busy at the same time. The location was a bit tricky but it all worked out and we worked outside under Christis’s pavillion. Very beautiful home and people! Highly recommend this activity!

Many thanks to Christos and Marie for the wonderful time! We (a group of 5, family and friends of different ages) spent 5 great hours in their kitchen, learned a lot of interesting facts about Greek food, had A LOT of fun together and enjoyed very tasty dishes. Chrisros is a very warm and welcoming person and knows how to find an access to everyone. On top of everything he even talked Italian and a bit Russian to us, which was a great surprise. We cooked huge amount of food together and are still eating the leftovers a day later ))) All dishes were amazing!

The whole day was fantastic. Christos and his daughter worked so hard to make the day fun and informative. We learnt so many tips on how to prepare a wonderful selection of Greek dishes. He is very clear with giving instructions, and we will be recreating some of the dishes back home. We enjoyed a delicious feast at the end of the day in his beautiful home. Thank you so much for a very memorable day!

An amazing experience and definitely a massive highlight for our trip! Christos was so accommodative and knowledgable about not only Greek food, but other cultures too! The food was amazing (and the Greek frappe), and the other group who we met and cooked with were lovely. Really recommend
