I was fortunate to go to the cooking class. They were both very welcoming and I learned so much. It was my favourite thing I did while in Crete. She taught us hands on to make the tasty Cretan dishes. I look forward to making at home. Thanks again for your hospitality ❤️

This is truly a unique Cretan cooking and dining evening .The outdoor kitchen and patio garden is filled with old world charm . The setting is picture perfect as we relaxed and soaked in the warm hospitality . The charming hosts shared with us their family recipes as we prepared a seven course delectable meal . We dined together as a family surrounded by the love that is displayed in every nook and cranny ! We didnt want the evening to end. We were presented with a parting gift of their olive oil and bouquet of the fresh herbs we harvested . Thank you for opening your hearts, home and recipes with us .

Absolutely the best experience in Greece. Learning to make numerous different dishes, fresh cheese, pastries. We have been in Greece for 2 weeks after this visit and this was the best dinner experience. Anyone going to Crete should try this out . The couple was amazing. Very personal experience. Not to many people as we only had 3 that day. We got a huge takeaway containers to go home with as well as fresh olive oil and herbs which we made good use of. Thanks so much!

Such a wonderful couple that go out of their way to provide you with a wonderful cooking and dining evening . Everything was delicious. They both put a lot of time, hard work and love into what they do. The home and gardens were to die for! And even as we did some of the preparing plates of samples kept coming out from the wood fire oven. I highly recommend this experience, it will not disappoint! I loved walking through the herb gardens and learning all the new uses and the fragrance of every plant was amazing.

This week we had the unforgettable experience of a cooking class, and subsequent feast, with these welcoming hosts. From the moment we arrived on the property, I was overcome with the potent fragrance that filled the air, the fresh herbs in Androniki’s garden (and in her cooking). We were a group of 8 women, and this evening together was one of my best travel memories ever, and I’ve been to many, many countries. The class itself was perfectly planned and prepped, and Androniki and her husband, Pantelis, had choreographed everything beautifully. All of the dishes were made from fresh local ingredients, many from their garden. We had a tour of the astonishing gardens, and cooked numerous Greek dishes, each more delicious than the previous one. As we cooked, Pantelis would ring a cowbell, and then appear with a surprise appetizer, that he cooked behind the scenes; spinach and onion pies, crispy fried potato skins, and more. We ate together as a big family, and our hosts couldn’t been more gracious and kind. They packed up all the leftovers for us, and even prepared some decisions cheese pancakes for our breakfast the next morning, to be slathered in honey! All in all, I enthusiastically recommend this lovely experience, not only for lovers of delicious and authentic food, but also for the deeply personal and warm connection with a Greek family and their land. Exquisite!

We have done cooking classes in the past and this was by far the best and most authentic. Really loved getting to spend time at their home, tour the garden, and cook/eat delicious food. Can’t wait to try the recipes at home!

We had a wonderful evening preparing an absolutely delicious meal with our hosts & other participants. We all worked on each dish while we learned the secrets of making such fabulous Creten food. We all enjoyed the meal together, family style & shared stories with everyone I would give our experience more than five stars if I could. Highly recommended

We received a very warm welcome and felt like Meeting friends with Androniki and Pantelis right from the start. The dishes we prepared together were already well prepared by Androniki, so we had to do the finishing touches. After we prepared the many dishes, Androniki gave us a guided tour through her idyllic oasis-like garden and showed us all her fragrant herbs. Here, too, she was lovingly prepared and had a mosquito repellent ready for us so that we would not be bitten. the cooking class itself took place in the lovely courtyard of their home, with a wood-fired oven in which we baked some of the dishes. At the end we ate all the prepared, delicious Greek dishes together and were even allowed to take the leftovers with us. We laughed so much that evening, which we will surely remember for a long time. We will try to apply what we have learned at home with the help of the recipes. Thank you for this great evening!

Androniki and Pantelis generously opened their home and garden to provide a wonderful opportunity to learn how to cook a handful of traditional Greek dishes, starting with picking fresh herbs and vegetables. We even made fresh cheese! Dinner was delicious, we learned so much! And they shared recipes with us too so that we can attempt to recreate the dinner at home — though it will never be the same without their expert guidance and warm hospitality. We would highly recommend this lovely experience!
