We made drinks with Q - she was fantastic…she did a great job of safely helping us taste the island! We had phenomenal drinks (and some bonus tastings of rum). Q tirelessly answered our many questions on topics ranging from the drinks we were making (all very tasty), to the history of St. Croix! Fantastic experience - 10/10 would recommend.

The C'sted Sip & Savor Mixology Class with VI Food Tours is a must do while visiting St. Croix. Learning how to create island favorite cocktails that I can recreate at home was my favorite part of this experience. The mixologist was very interactive and hands on and have no fear if you fall behind they will help you catch up. My second favorite part was by the second drink my sense of hearing got even clearer due to the magical power that comes with drinking delicious rum (haha). We even learned how to create a delicious drink using fermented breadfruit! I highly recommend this experience if you are looking for a creative date night idea, girls night, special occasion, visiting St. Croix, or just looking for a good reason to drink rum for fun.

The Mixology Class was an excellent experience! From the moment you enter the door, you get to choose a station that is equipped with everything you need to create delicious drinks. The instructor took his time to explain in detail and the hostess kept us entertained with lively music and games. I definitely made new friends and didn't want the night to end. Can't wait for the next one. ☺️

To be honest. 🏏 This class was excellent. I found it fascinating to learn how locally produced Cruzan Rum has impacted not just drink but also our shared past. Hurry to this class. It's incredible. You get a great deal of knowledge. Additionally, you may become little intoxicated. When it comes to his work, Akyve is an expert. The instruction we got on creating traditional cocktails was fantastic. Really. Hurry to this class. Don't pass it up. There won't be any disappointment.

Great intro to St. Croix's Rum drinks. Engaging staff kept the evening moving along. Be prepared to "totter" out of there! It definitely puts you in the island state of mind. Thought there would be a little more food presented to be sampled, but what there we had was tasty.

The idea to have such an experience on an island where Rum is like liquid gold is ingenious. The experience was fun and informative. I enjoyed each cocktail I was engaged in making for myself. The mixologist was knowledgeable and their directions were easy to follow. The host was fun and upbeat and you can see the passion in what they do. The pates as a snack took it up a notch and they were Delicious! Overall experience 10/10. I would do it again and you should check it out too!!

My husband an I had a great time at the mixology class! Since we live on St. Croix, it's always good to find fun new things to do. I personally enjoyed getting to meet some new people, and learn to make multiple cocktails featuring our local favorite Cruzan Rum. Plus, you get to snack on some local Caribbean fare and shake, shake, shake things up!
