• Great tour and driver but beware of some vendors

  Fordy was an amazing guide. He was personable, helpful and very customer service oriented. He was very flexible in taking us anywhere we wanted and was a pleasure to spend the day with touring the island. Only two points that may be helpful for people who book. Once we had paid for the sloth and monkey zoo, we were told the sloth had “escaped” the cage. This was not the tour company’s fault since it was another vendor, but felt a bit like a bait and switch. The tour car was very low to the ground and may be a problem getting in and out of for those with mobility issues, but was clean and worked for us.

  Chapin was an outstanding guide in Roatán. If anyone can get anything, anywhere on the island, he’s the one to do it. Knowledgeable, well-connected, and genuinely helpful—he made our experience smooth and memorable. Highly recommend!

  We had an absolutely fantastic day with Alan as our tour guide in Roatan! From start to finish, everything was seamless, fun, and filled with local flavor. The day started with an exhilarating zipline adventure that felt both safe and thrilling—Alan made sure everyone was comfortable and confident before we launched. Next, we visited the wildlife park where we had the chance to see and interact with some of the island’s amazing animals. Alan’s knowledge of the local ecology and culture really brought everything to life, and you could tell how proud he is of his home. The highlight for us was snorkeling. Alan took us to a beautiful reef spot that was uncrowded and full of vibrant sea life. He made sure we had the right gear, gave us great tips, and pointed out fish and coral we might have missed on our own. What really stood out was Alan himself—friendly, professional, and full of local knowledge. He went out of his way to make sure we felt welcome and enjoyed every part of the experience. You can tell he truly loves sharing Roatan with visitors. Highly recommend booking a tour with Alan if you want a safe, fun, and authentic experience on the island. This was one of the best days of our trip!

  We had a fantastic time. Our tour guide Alan was fantastic. took us to places we wanted to see and made sure we were taken car of where ever we went, he even brought our food at the restaurant we went to because it took so long. He made great recommendations and he was very very attentive.

  Darin Flowers with Anderson Tours was an excellent guide. He had wifi, got our entry bands, took pictures and waited patiently while we toured at out own pace.

  Absolutely fabulous from beginning to end. Anderson was amazing, knowledgeable giving great information about the island and he was fun, such a lovely person. Relaxed, fun enjoyable trip not rushed totally relaxed. We have visited the Caribbean 9 times and Anderson was the best tour guide ever and also a great driver (I used to be a driving instructor) so if I say he was good trust me he was good. We felt safe, relaxed and 100% enjoyed our trip to visit the sloths and the West End which was amazing. Thank you Anderson for a truly superb trip.   Allan, “sexy chocolate” was the GOAT! He was a great, accommodating, kind, safe and knowledgeable guide and we had a wonderful experience. We went to the Daniel Johnson Sloth and Monkey Sanctuary (the best place to hold a sloth), snorkeling in West Bay (don’t touch the coral- it kills them- otherwise the fish are vibrant and healthy- let’s keep them that way!) and a chocolate (delicious) and rum cake location and ate some of the best and most authentic food in Roatan. I would suggest booking directly with them for your next excursion and ask for Allan- terrific guide and experience.

  Allan our driver aka Sexy Chocolate was amazing. Allan was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to create a well-planned experience and was flexible day-to-day. Allan took us on a tiki boat adventure, we toured the west Bay Area and also visited the community of punta Gorda. He was super personable and able to give the perfect insight about punta Gorda history with a balance of fun. No topic was off limits for discussion, and he was a great listener. I would recommend Allan from now until forever - when I go back to Roatan, I'm definitely getting back in touch.

  Our guide (Steven) made us feel so comfortable like family . I love having it private so we went at our own speed . Spend more time with activities we enjoyed . The glass bottom boat was a great alternative for the less active and myself who had an injury and couldn’t snorkel. We even added a zip which was my first time and surprisingly not to much stress on my shoulder injury . (Sitting harness ) Friendly advice bring cash for tipping , gifts and food items . The chocolate and rum is less of a tour but more of a quick tasting and shopping experience . Still interesting non—the- less . I would book this company again.
