Prizren
Prizren is considered as the cultural capital of Kosovo, mixing its rich history, incredible nature, religious tolerance and gastronomic delights. Prizren has played an important role in the region as an Illyrian settlement and a crossroad for the Byzantine and Ottoman empires, contributing to the unique architecture of the city. The river flows through the heart of the old town and under the many bridges that crisscross the city. If you are looking to experience a lively international experience you should visit Prizren during August when the medieval city becomes home to one of the most famous short film festivals in the world named Dokufest. The best way to explore the town is by wandering through the streets passing by elegant medieval houses that fight for your attention. Filigree artisanal techniques for precious metals are Prizren’s joy and pride.

Tour set-up was very good. My guide was Jeton, who was very knowledgeable and open to discuss former and current situation in Kosovo during our car drive to Prizren. We visited all highlights as per tour, and overall had a wonderful trip. Tour operator is friendly and helpful. Confirmation about the trip, pick-up, etc. is given well in time. Communication was very pleasant.

My tour guide Enes had been knowledgeable and fun! He came for the pick-up on time, knew a lot about Prizren, and also fine-tuned the itinerary according to my request. Lots to see and experience in Prizren, with different culture mix. Highly recommend this tour!

This trip definitely exceeded my expectations and was thoroughly enjoyable. We were met by our guide Enes who was punctual, and full of enthusiasm. It turned out it was just us, so it was a private tour. We started with a walking tour of Pristina (which wasn't part of the listed itinerary but a nice surprise). It was really good to understand the history of the sites, as well as get a sense of the area. Onwards we went to Prizren which was spectacular. Enes walked us around the entire city, and we ducked into various churches, mosques, cultural sites, etc, and really soaked up the vibe of the place. We wanted to try traditional Kosovar cuisine so went to Tiffany's which was excellent food and a relaxed vibe in the outdoors area. It really felt like a premium experience in that he had incredible knowledge, delivered all day, and re-iterated we could see or visit where we liked (which wouldn't be as easy in a standard large coach tour). I would recommend this tour.
