5.00Our family with three kids of various ages traveled to Nara with Ami as our tour guide and Sori as our driver. Ami went above and beyond and provided impeccable experience taking time to understand what kind of focus we want our tour to be during our drive to Nara so she can tailor the tour to suite our needs. She was spot-on the amount of details of each places of interest we went to and was also able to accommodate some additional places we requested. Most of all, it was the little things that she did that impressed us… helping us order our lunch in what seems to be a confusing menu, offering ways to cool our kids down on a extremely hot days, providing some temporary help with bags when our hands was full, taking great pictures and even creating a video collage of our tour. This Nara tour with Ami is highly recommended.

5.00Hassle free way to travel with kids and maximise your time, all the while in comfort, and with a lovely polite hostess Ami. Viator communication via email very useful to confirm details and reduce stress prior to the day Punctual pick up from hotel in large air conditioned clean van. Hostess Ami and Driver Kakeru are lovely and both well travelled. Itinerary was perfect for young family and very flexible. No pressure to rush and Ami presents options for things to do and eat. Enough touristy info at places but not overbearing - our kids don't listen more than 5mins at a time! :) Ami is amazing with the camera too so be sure to take her up on her offers of photos! 5.00What a beautiful day! Ami is lovely and knowledgeable. She made the day memorable and my boys loved it! We all did! We had a downpour so couldn’t go to one of the sites but she made up for it by taking us to get mochi, do a sake tasting and then to a tea house to watch matcha being prepared.
