One of the most striking features of Nguom Ngao Cave is the colors of its stalactites. These stalactites, formed over millennia through mineral deposition from dripping water, have calcium mixed with various impurities. These impurities may include minerals like iron or copper, which add hues of red, brown, green, or even blue to the stalactites.
