This was a last moment booking as the one we had booked cancelled on us. Tour guide was very good Felt very safe and was so nice to see Nashville in a different light.

My tour was scheduled for 12:30. We were there early. There was no one in the building. We tried to call to see if it was canceled and could not get anyone on the phone. No one came to tell us there were issues until 1:05p. No sense if customer service. I really wanted to do this helicopter ride but with all the chaos, I felt this was not the right company or time to do so. I still have not received my refund.
