Hi! My name is Marina and I’m a 26-year-old Dublin native ready to show you my beautiful hometown! Together we’ll complete a half-day tour of captivating coastal Dublin, venturing beyond the city centre and into seaside villages full of antique charm and hidden gems. We’ll hear historical insights and modern-day recommendations as we explore like locals.
The tour starts in beautiful Dun Laoghaire and its surrounding areas of castles, harbours, museums and more, before finishing in one of Ireland's most charming villages where you can enjoy a meal at your own pace. This tour is a perfect shore excursion or a break from the busy city!
Please note that this is a walking tour and we walk in Irish weather so a raincoat is recommended! Feel free to reach out if you require further information or for private tour/group rates.

5.00This tour was definitely a highlight of our trip! Marina was fantastic, welcoming, personable, and knowledgeable. I wanted to do something different for my second time in Dublin and will be recommending this to family and friends. We learned and saw so much and it was a great escape from the city. Taking public transit in and out of the city center was super easy, too.

The coastline, lanes, gardens, merchant castles, coves, quarries, swimming nooks and villages were stunning- even on quite a challenging morning of weather. Marina brought deep knowledge of her local neighbourhood’s lore, stories, characters & quirks with such superb perspective, evocative language and gravitas. She was attentive to our travel plans, and utterly professional. A brilliant experience of Dublin’s charming coastal essence.

She refunded our reservation and kindly sent us a free audio tour that she had created. It was easy to follow and very informative. To explore it on foot with Marina’s knowledge/history of the area through the audio tour was a great experience. Highly recommend this tour!

5.00She was amazing!! We have visit multiple countries in Europe and that has still been one of our favorite days! You really learn about the Irish culture and she explains it very well since she is a local! Would highly recommend! Lots of spots to rest if needed.. didn’t feel like we walked as much as we did! Dulkey is a beautiful town to end in as well!

5.00Great guided tour, especially for people who don't want to go or have been to Dublin. Lots of information, beautiful coastline and a pleasant time. Lots of walking but done a a rate of 3 miles over 4 hrs. We returned to the meeting place by railroad-The guide directed us and helped us purchase the tickets for us to return whenever we chose.
