We meet beside the Spire (the big needle) in the middle of O'Connell street. After being introduced to your local guide and your fellow travellers we move off to the first stop on our Pub Tour.
Recently pedestrianised, Capel street has become a hub at nighttime for Dubliners and visitors alike to enjoy Dublin's famous Pub Culture. At our first stop, we experience a craft beer bar serving locally produced Irish beer. Enjoy tasters of three distinct styles of beer from an Irish microbrewery as your guide explains how the beer is made and how you get the wonderful different flavours.

The tour was very fun and our guide was very knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. The pubs were fun and each one had something different for us to do, an excellent tour if you’re looking for less touristy areas to spend your time in.

Sadly was unable to attend due to my flight being canceled and booked 2 days later. I was unable to contact anyone to try to rebook. The guide was kind and called to check on me and explained my situation, he advised to email his supervisor, although I wasn’t given the info for the email. I sent a message through the link and I never got a response and it’s been 3 days. Bummed I missed out.

Walking between venues but not far. There is a chance to eat but not until after a few drinks so plan accordingly!! Rob was an awesome guide!!

This is a fantastic night out in Dublin. Rob, the host is a great person so full of knowledge and fun. The pubs we visited were all different and the tastings really good, lots of beer, Guinness, whisky and G&T and a nice optional meal. We had a great time with Jenna, Nichole, Les, Caroline and Thomas and of course Rob. Highly recommended.

Signed up for the Real Dublin Traditional Music Pub Tour and our guide took us On a pub crawl to places he likes to drink. First pub was nice if you like to play board games. We were tucked away in the back corner where you couldn’t even hear the music on the speaker being played. Second pub was a sports bar playing the Leeds footy match. Third pub we went upstairs of Slatterys with the regular bar stereo playing the regular mix of modern bar songs. The guid was a very nice gregarious fellow who was high. Pupils were dilated wide all night, couldn’t stay on track with a single thought all night. Would start engaging the group with some basic knowledge on beer then abruptly start talking about $3 for tictac’s candy.(amongst other random topics) At the 3rd pub, we asked the other people on the tour if they signed up for the live music tour as well (thinking we followed the wrong guy) and they said they said yes. At this point, we left. So, a guide who couldn’t keep a single thought on track took 5 people on a tour of places he likes, and not a single live traditional band was found.

Our tour guide basically married us on the streets of Dublin. It was a series of weird events, but it happened. And it was fun!
