Electric Bike is a convenient and ecological alternative to explore with easily and effortlessly the south of Gran Canaria : Maspalomas Dunes, Ayaguaures Hill and dam or Arguineguin fishing village , Puerto Rico City.
You can choose to visit the famous southern Caribbean white sand beaches: Amadores Beach or Anfi Beach.
The e-Bike trekking has a battery life of about 80 km.
You will receive a paper map of Maspalomas with different routes .
Included you will also receive a mobile support.
Children over 14 years can drive an E-bike if accompanied by paying parent.
Babies: 1 -6 years can use the baby seats.
Maximum Baby weight 22 kg and Maximum Baby height 1,10 meters.
Maximum weight allowed on e-Bike = 110 kg (total :driver + passenger)
You will receive a free assistance service on the road, in the area of Maspalomas in case of puncture and breakdown of the vehicle.
Free Bicycle Spray Repair Kit if you will go outside the City .
The e-bike are not suitable to go on the sand or off-road.

Children from 1 to 6 years can use the baby seats only if Baby maxium weight = 22 Kg and only if Baby maxium height = 1,10 meters
The e-bikes are not suitable for off-road use on sand paths or the beach

What To Expect
Thanks to an electric bike you can visit the famed Ayagaures Mountain Village and Aygaures Dam. You will cross a wonderful green valley adorned with palm trees, plants, cacti and typical Canarian flowers in an incredible itinerary surrounded by nature. On this tour you will meet ancient animal farms and, in particular, you will see the goat farm up close, an animal icon of the island. Once you reach the top of Ayagaures mountain, you will have the opportunity to stop in a Tapas Bar (Bar la Cuevita) built inside an old Aboriginal cave dating back to the pre-Hispanic era where you can taste the typical Canarian products (Food and drinks are not included in the rental price) After a break you can continue towards the Ayagaures dam, a large water tank with an exceptional panoramic view. The return is all downhill and even more exciting. The tour is 30 km in total: 15 km uphill to get to the dam and 15 km downhill.
Las Maranuelas Beach
Thanks to the E-Bike will be possible to enjoy a wonderful outdoor adventure and visit the South coast of Gran Canaria, in a beautiful panoramic route made of climbs and descents next to the ocean until you reach Arguineguin Fishing Village. Ride along the Atlantic Ocean, passing through Meloneras beach and Pasito Blanco harbor. Stop to admire one of the few banana plantations in the south of the island. On the way there is a stop to admire an archaeological site consisting of the ancient Aboriginal houses of the Guanches, the primitive pre-Hispanic population. Finally you will arrive in the old fishing village of El Pajar / Arguineguin . Stop to visit the village and its beautiful volcanic beach. Also visit a very special small church because it was built in a cave and known as "Cueva de Santa Águeda". Then we recommend you: tasting of Tapas based on fresh fish in a typical Canarian Tapas Bar (Bar El Boya: Closed Thursday) built 5 meters from the sea. Food and drinks are not included in the rental price. The route is 30 km in total with steep climbs and descents. Excellent physical fitness is required to reach Arguineguin by E-bike.

5.00I went back to Bici Bike Vintage after using their services last year. I pre-booked before going away and had a great time yet again. Eleonora and Lorenzo gave me top quality service and are very customer orientated. I hired the helmet and hi-vis at an extra €5, as going so far felt it was a must. I hired an electric bike and toured the coastal route of the south west of the island. I saw some lovely sites and was able to take my bike on the ferry to Mogan. The roads are well built and the traffic wasn't too heavy. Even though I was cycling on the other side of the road that I wasn't accustomed to, I had no problem cycling around and felt safe.

5.00This was a great way to explore the city and mountain overlooking the whole area. E-Bikes were excellent quality, plenty of power and reserve charge at the end of the day. All the guidance provided for the ride was accurate and very helpful. This adventure is highly recommended.

5.00Thank you Lorenzo for a private 2.5 hour E-Bike tour taking in a view of the Maspalomas Dunes, Botanical Gardens and up in to the mountains with lots of information along the way. You led me safely through the streets and roundabouts and were full of interesting facts about the area and showed me bananas, mangoes and papaya growing. I was glad of the electric assistance especially up the mountain road as we made our way to the Ayagaures Dam after stopping for refreshments at a remote Tapas Bar., then back down with great photo opportunities. A terrific tour, I highly recommend.

5.00I had a great experience with the Bici Bike rental store; I recommend renting from here if you need transport. They have been friendly and helpful. Booking was easy and lots of joy. They also gave us a discount on combo activities. And gave good advice on about everything we asked. (rent 2 e-bikes)

4.00Roads were busy but enjoyed cycle paths and promenades.Not much to see but good if you want a leisurely cycle.Bicycle had holder for phone and water bottle(adjustable)3 hours was the time we spent cycling and more than enough.

3.00Very friendly staff but the bikes we rented were downright bad! Asked in advance by mail for a nice offer for the rental of ebikes. Contact by mail was fine and very friendly. Nice price agreement made (we thought) but the bikes we eventually found to rent were old and defective and bikes not nice. We really hardly cycled, a waste of money afterwards. If only they had told us that a nice discount on the normal rental price also means a ‘discount’ on the quality of the bikes, we would not have taken up this offer!

Lorenzo, the owner, was very kind and professional from the first moment of meeting, managing to establish with us immediately a friendly and friendly relationship and Ancorpiu suggesting excellent excursions aimed at our tastes and desires.... one of which by ebike with him as our guide!!!!!
