  We had ebikes but felt u didn't need them as Vienna is so flat. The city was too busy on the Sat so we went out along the river, did about 25 klms but u could easily do more if u wanted, it was good having the bike for the afternoon after the 1 hr guided tour. The bikes were all in good order.

  There were just me and my friend so we had almost a private guided tour. Really good knowledge of the history and historic past of Vienna for an hour and then we had 4 hours on our own with the bikes sightseeing and exploring. Helmets and chains provided and bikes were great. Would definitely do it again.

  Our tour was almost 2 hours. We traveled all the way around the Ringstrssa. Very nice and informative. Small business with personalized attention. There were only 5 in our group.

  We had a great day with the e-bikes. Our guide Winnfried was attentive to our wishes and took a lot of time to show us the city. He showed us Vienna with humor and knowledge. We were able to make excellent use of the opportunity to use the bikes all day and saw parts of Vienna that we probably wouldn't have been able to explore on foot. We would book this option with a guide and use of the bikes again in any other city. TOP!!!

  We were confirmed and had paid. The guide never showed up and did not message us prior. This ruined our one day in Vienna. This business should be kicked off Trip Advisor. This is terrible PR for Trip Advisor; apparently you can not count on the quality of this ap anymore

  We were lucky the be the only ones that signed up for the tour so it was a private tour. The guide asked us about the time we already spent in Vienna and what was on the planning. Based on this we did a custom tour. The ebike was very nice.

  First time riding ebikes and we loved it! The guide showed us a few sites, and most importantly how to get around the city. We kept the bikes for the afternoon and headed to the Danube. Highly recommend!

  A nice guide who has a lot to tell about Vienna. The e-bikes were perfect. We went biking a long the Donau, Prater park and so on. We loved it. A great experience.
