So booked my trip for my final day in Panama. Complete waste of my day. Hotel tried calling on my behalf, calls went unanswered. Waited for 2hrs in the hotel lobby. No communication from the tour operator. Radio silence. Currently in the process of trying to get a full refund. Would not recommend.

I had read a couple of reviews involving customers not getting picked up and trying to get a refund for the no show. Well it happened to me. Not only did they not pick me up from the planned location, they did not answer any of my text nor answer my phone call after leaving a message. I have yet to find out if I will receive a refund, since I already paid for this. I would advise not to use this company. After all this is now the third no show I know of. As far as I am concerned three strikes and your out. I would advise stay away and use another company.

We schedules the tour and no one ever came to pick us up at the hotel. We contacted customer support and they couldn’t get in contact with the tour guide so they issued us a refund.

Excellent experience. We enjoyed the trip up river to the Embera community, the hike to the waterfall. Our guides were always watching for us and even anticipated when we needed help. The waterfall was a great experience. Back in the community they welcome us with music, a good lunch fresh fruits and fish with patacones. A nice short overview of the lifestyle of the Embera. My friends and I Highly recommend this trip.

It was really a wonderful cultural experience. Our guide was organized, and the young tribal members, who accompanied the canoes, were skilled, personable and very helpful. Overall, I would have rated it a 5 star, however there was no clear indication of the rigorous and challenging nature of the hike from the canoe to the waterfall and back. I would suggest that in your description you alert clients that the hike from the boat to the waterfall is very strenuous and challenging..I would suggest including that in your description.
