Egypt Nile cruise family tour-Viator with Here Egypt tours package

5.00The nile cruise trip package 3D/2N with viator is excellent. The operator Here egypt tours with co ordination of Viator representative Mona madam arranged perfectly and seamless. Their response was excellent and every questions clarified and guided until our tour concluded. The co ordination by Mona madam is excellent and even when the flight cancelled due to weather conditions she responded, tried her level best to arrange alternate even it is midnight and it is given confidence to us as we are no clue at unknown place. We can't forget her such helping nature and follow up with customers. She is asset for Viator as she taking care of customers out of office hours. The Guide Mr. Sukur is very active and time bound. He is very active and knowledgeable. He guided very well and helped. He picked us as per scheduled time. The Nile cruise package provided with excellent breakfast and buffet dinner. But unfortunately as promised and mentioned in package there was no entertainment for both nights inside the cruise. Even they announced but when all reached to venue the entertainment program cancelled. This is disappointed us and other families. The operator Here Egypt tours representatives Mr. Ali and Medam Nor also responded to our queries. The facilities on cruise was excellent and crew was co operative. Improvement : 1. Viator shall design Nile cruise packages from pickup and drop off from Cairo (Domestic flight to Luxor /Aswan) and from there Nile cruise as many travelers prefer to avoid logistics of domestic travel. 2. Visa process purposes, Viator shall provide letter of confirmation after booking or ensure the operator shall provide as this booking may not be considered as official letter. Overall we are satisfied and recommend to book through Viator.
