This ballon ride is absolutely worth it. We booked the VIP option which made it even better. We were picked up from our hotel by a private boat and after crossing the Nile we twere met by a driver who took us to the balloon site. All the time our guide Marawan accompanied us and took great care of us. He made sure we had everything we needed and gave us detailed information about the ride but also about the interesting sites we passed. He really made this experience extra special

The view of the West Bank in Luxor I one of the most amazing views you will ever see in the entire world. The operators took very good care of us. Aside from waiting for the departure of the balloon due to the wind, everything was a pretty good experience.

I was a little uncertain about whether hot air ballooning would be safe. But I can honestly say that it was a fantastic experience and I would do it again tomorrow! It felt surprisingly stable and I only knew we were moving because the ground was further away. It’s particularly great if you’ve already been on a tour because then you actually know what you’re looking down at and you appreciate the change in perspective. The views are incredible.

Excellent! We were very happy with our experience. The vendor contacted us the day before to arrange pick up. Pick up was on time. As mentioned in the description and review comments, it takes a while from pickup to lift off, but we were prepared for that. The ride itself was very smooth and enjoyable. The views were incredible. Landing was also very smooth. It was a great experience and I highly recommend it.

One of the must do’s in Luxor. We had a great group and Syad (sp) was a wonderful and helpful tour guide. Our balloon captain guided us over some interesting sites and the sunrise was beautiful. Can’t recommend highly enough.

It was a wonderful balloon ride into the morning, over the West Bank of Luxor, overlooking the Ramesseum the Temple of Hatshepsut the Nile, Luxor and of course the desert. Since we both had a recent birthday, we even got a private tour in our own balloon basket. Our pilot flew us very carefully very mindfully and on the trip also described which antiquities are in close sight. He flew very carefully and landed gently. The crew on the ground carefully secured the basket and balloon and then we went back to the hotel. It was a simply fantastic experience.

I'm a travel agent and I hired the balloons for some passengers! Due to bad weather unfortunately we could not do it but Egypt tour very well from the first moment in answering my messages, fluid communication and they were sincere in warning that it could be canceled and then cancel it in Viator where we had hired to refund the money! When I have future passengers in this destination, I will definitely contact you again.
