I'm a travel agent and I hired the balloons for some passengers! Due to bad weather unfortunately we could not do it but Egypt tour very well from the first moment in answering my messages, fluid communication and they were sincere in warning that it could be canceled and then cancel it in Viator where we had hired to refund the money! When I have future passengers in this destination, I will definitely contact you again.

This was such an amazing experience. Our captain/pilot did a great job explaining the procedures and the sights below us. The maximum altitude of this flight was around 400 m which gave great scenic views. The flight itself was of course the main event but it was also very interesting to observe the whole logistics behind the operation. A lot of people are involved! This was a bucket list item of mine and I will never forget it. Well worth the price.

We bought it for the first time through booking.com because the local agencies directly had no more vacancies. We also felt it was safer. Everything was well organized. We contacted the What's Up service in advance. The driver arrived at the hotel on time. There was a 30-40-minute wait at the landing pad for the flight. The flight itself was wonderful and lasted exactly 48 minutes. We knew we'd be flying in a large basket for 20+ people, but that wasn't a problem. The views are the same whether you're in a basket for 8 or 28 people. Afterward, we were taken back to the hotel without any problems. The attendant took care of us as expected. The only downside was that there were some refreshments on offer, and then, at the airport, the attendant asked us if we'd received them (I wonder who we were supposed to get them from if not him). Despite this, I highly recommend it for the whole family. We chose the sunrise flight and were picked up from the hotel at 6:30 AM. It was wonderful.

The flight itself was very beautiful because the area itself is very beautiful. However for the price we paid (price for sunrise so easily 30-40€ more than a “standard” flight: the duration of the flight was not very long but it can depend on the weather conditions so they can not help it. For the rest it was quite confusing, they picked us up at the hotel at 5am as planned for a scheduled takeoff between 6am and 6.30am. We arrived on time at the site they pulled us out of the van to wait outside in the cold. We thought we were going to wait 30 minutes max before takeoff to see the sunrise at 6am but no they made us wait until 8am without any information we were allowed to see the sunrise from the ground (when we had paid full price for the sunrise in the air). Again no information. (Even when we were asked to wait in the van to get away from the cold we were refused it). Not allowed to use cameras without large zoom while phones are allowed (?) To summarize pleasant flight but not thanks to the agency, which clearly stole from us by charging us for a service we did not have. I don't recommend it.

The experience that you will get is unforgettable. Had to book the tickets the night before the ride and still everything went smoothly. Everything was in order. They give updates on the timing of pickup and quite responsive when you have any questions and that’s what you call good service. Overall the ride was fun and money well spent!
