5.00In the end we could not make the return for weather reasons. It seemed like a serious company and they put all the facilities for transport and not lose any activity: they picked us up on the motorship and returned us to where the group guide told us not to lose any activity we had scheduled.

4.00The team did a good job of communicating about the weather, as there was uncertainty on the day if the balloon would be able to go. Given this, we did not catch the sunrise, but overall a good experience. On the listing, it mentions you get Coffee and tea and a souvenir flight certificate to remember your experience which we did not get.
