More about the tour:
One of my favourite things to do in Zaragoza is go tapas bar hopping with friends. Join me on a fun-filled evening food tour and I'll show you some of the best spots in my city for authentic Aragonese style cuisine. Along the way, I'll share with you some great stories about Zaragoza culinary traditions and culture, giving you a local perspective on the city. I'll also give you some recommendations for things to do (and eat!) during the rest of your stay. Together we will visit traditional bars and secret local spots, where we will indulge in delicious local snacks and wines of the four appellations of origin of Aragon

El Tubo
This cultural and culinary experience in Zaragoza is all about the influenced by its northern and eastern Mediterranean neighbors. The gastronomy of Zaragoza also has abundant orchards in the Ebro basin, so its excellent fruits and vegetables are present in many of its dishes. I'll take you to the local market to learn about the most important local ingredients. We will also visit some of my favorite local spots and share some delicious Aragonese-style tapas.

I had a truly wonderful and fun evening with Marta! She took me to the old town of Zaragoza and showed me many great bars in the El Turbo district, which are known for their unique atmosphere, tapas, and history. Marta has an incredible amount of knowledge and shared a lot about Zaragoza's history as we walked from bar to bar. Because she's such an open, patient, warm-hearted and friendly person, it was a really fun evening that felt like meeting up with friends! I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Although our guide Marta was lovely and very knowledgeable for the price we paid there really wasn't enough food. 1 small tapas each in four bars left us all hungry. There was diffo enough wine. Up the food quantity or lower the price

We met at Caesar Agustus statue and got a quick yet very informative history lesson of the beginnings of Zaragoza. Marta walked us through the market and through the streets to our first stop.....a beautiful wine shop/deli. The building was beautiful and had a little museum on the lower level. Marta was fantastic! Such a charismatic and likable person. The tour is worth your time and money 100%. The guide explains the origins of the wines and tapas. So happy we took the time to do it.

Jorge was awesome! We signed up in the (up to 10) group tour, but that day was so hot, it was just the two of us. Jorge gave us an interesting history lesson of the city with some fun facts. And then we started the foodie excursion and went to four very authentic places we wouldn't have otherwise been inclined to try. Very local -- NOT touristy places. He answered all our questions and gave a great history of the food in relation to the city. He also gave us some great recommendations for places to try at our next stop (San Sebastian). Very personalized experience. Would highly recommend!
