5.00Everything was great, ease of booking reservations online. Al kept us informed with reservations, calling day of to confirm. Even we were not on the list of hotel pick ups, he offered to pick our party of 6 up at our hotel. Alex was our chauffer/guide for our excursion. He text us when he was on his way, and when he arrived at hotel pick up. Got our wristbands and made sure the group got to see the Alligator show and airboat. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great guide. Saw lots of gators, birds, fish, turtles. Very fun!

5.00Alex kept us informed of when he would meet us & gave us lots of interesting information as we drove to the airboat site. He was very attentive , polite & patient. Our airboat Captain Zack was fun, careful & made sure that both sides of the boat could see the wildlife. We saw many large alligators, birds & even a small turtle. We learned a lot of interesting information. The alligator rescue center biologist was also very fun & informative.
