5.00Bit of a hiccup in meeting at the airport because of tech problems on our end. Handled very nicely by the driver. She was friendly, helpful, and pointed out sites along the way to our hotel. Car was clean and comfortable. A good driver. Would definitely book again.

5.00As I did not have an International Roaming phone it did make contact with the driver a little more difficult. However, our difficulty was overcome. Our driver was a patient man, very polite and his vehicle was spotless. I have used Viator on a number of occasions and would highly recommend them.

5.00My sister and I were staying in KL and her flight was very early in the morning. The travel transfer desk to the airport was closed but the gentleman still helped her book a car to the airport. She arrived very easily and later in the day he returned for me and my trip. Overall the consideration and flexibility of the staff was unexpected and much appreciated. They were under no obligation to help us and yet did so, ensuring a smooth and stress free return for us.
