Jacobsen, and his son, Carl Jacobsen. A story about how disputes between father and son and widely differing perceptions of beer brewing have shaped Carlsberg. Through interactive games and videos in the exhibition, you will learn more about the science that has played an essential role for Carlsberg since its foundation and its importance for the development of beer worldwide. This tour was, as the Brits like to say, "the dogs bollocks"!! Mike was a GREAT guide, and both wicked knowledgeable and had the perfect personality for the task at hand. Would highly recommend this experience to anyone who likes to laugh, appreciates local history, and loves beer. An absolute must-do while in Copenhagen. Thanks Mike!
