We loved it! It had a cultural aspect as they explained where the dishes are from and how it was traditionally made. We made springrolls, laksa and a coconut dessert and they were all amazing. It’s hands on in couples so we could make the whole dish ourselves. Definitely recommend!

3 dishes in 3 hours in air conditioned comfort! A very professional cooking school setup with lovely local chefs guiding the way and sharing their stories and knowledge. Different tasty menus for different days of the week so you can choose which menu suits you best. And dishes can be modified to be gluten free which was perfect for our travelling companion. The class was well attended by locals and foreigners with a shared passion for food so a great time was had by all. And bonus - someone else does the washing up!!

This was my favorite activity during my trip to Singapore. Nur was a great teacher and she made us all feel welcomed. The sambal we made was delicious and I hope I will be able to find the ingredients to make it again at home.
