Helen was an exceptional and informative cooking teacher. It was a wonderful introduction to Singaporean food and having a detailed cultural story behind the origins of food was particularly interesting. Well done, professionally organised and seamless instructions made for a great morning. Thankyou again Helen and hope continued success.

I had attended cooking class conducted by Helen, she is simply amazing. She is very knowledgeable , enthusiastic and friendly. It’s a wonderful experience of learning how to cook our heritage food (Laksa) from scratch. A group of us having so much fun and laughter during the cooking process. And it really feel like cooking at a playground. We also get to dine together , tasting our own cooking . My fellow cooking mates and myself truly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Helen❤️

I have to say that I was a bit dissappointed: there was too much talking and too little cooking, in three hours we could have prepared one more course.

Nice surroundings and kitchen in the heart of Chinatown Singapore. Traditional foods and recepies made easy to prepare. Friendly service and teachers, good incredients to prepare and good utensils and hands on cooking. All the recepies send to you by email with photos of you in the kitchen. Good way to spend the morning when in Singapore.
