This Itinerary takes you on a route to see most of the magical spots Morocco has to offer. This route can be adjusted from 4 to 15 days or more, depending on your schedule; or we can do it the opposite direction, which is a good idea if you are starting and ending your trip in Fez.

What To Expect
Day 1: Fes- Midelt You will be met at your Hotel by your English speaking driver and depart Fes for Midelt. Experience spectacular views of cedar forests, visit the Barbary Apes at Ifrane and travelling towards Ifran, a beautiful village in the mountains, referred to as “the Switzerland of Morocco” and then on to Midelt. During this journey you’ll experience glimpses of the Middle Atlas and Higher Atlas mountains. Stopping at Azrou, a Berber village in the middle of the famous cedar forest – the largest in Morocco –After sometime within the forest, your journey continues to Midelt along the magnificent hills and mountains of the Atlas. Day 2: Midelt – Ziz Valley – Erfoud – Merzouga . After breakfast you will travel to Merzouga via Errachidia and Erfoud. You will be travelling through the fascinating Tiz Ntalghamt pass and the Ziz Gorge, taking in all the magnificent views of the High Atlas plateau, you’ll notice how the scenery changes to reveal hints of the desert as you approach the city of Errachidia. Here you will have lunch and enjoy the Berber hospitality. Afterwards, you will travel along the luxuriant Ziz Valley, stopping for more panoramic views along the way to Erfoud and Rissani. Arriving at Merzouga on the afternoon, you’ll start your camel ride to spend an overnight on the desert cump with Berber music and sand boarding. Day 3: Merzouga . (D) This morning, you’ll be able to rise with the sunset to grab some photos before hopping back onto the camels for the short ride back to the hotel appreciating the unique beauty of the spectacular Erg Chebbi dunes – changing with the light as the day progresses. After breakfast and shower, you’ll take the road to Erfoud for the night. Day 4 : Sahara Desert – Fez This morning, You'll then came back to Fez ,

5.00Medina Tours has organized for us a fantastic desert experience! We left Fes by car and, stopping one night in Azrou, reached the desert without being too tired. Along the way Medina Tours organized an excursion to the Cedar Forest where we saw and played with monkeys in the wild living in the area in freedom. Amazing experience! The desert accommodation was more than comfortable, the dinner was delicious and Medina Tours made sure my vegetarian sister always had something good to eat. The dunes are fantastic and well worth a visit, Medina Tours organizes more activities, one more beautiful than the other. I suggest to rely on Medina Tours and go to the local Risani market and try the Berber pizza (also here with vegetarian option). Mohammed was fantastic the whole trip and without Medina Tours it would not have been the same! Trust them and you will definitely not regret it Thanks again for everything ❤️

5.00I highly recommend choosing this organization for your holiday, it will be able to make you live in real experience, immersing you in the reality of the desert even with the possibility of sleeping in a wonderful tent in the middle of the dunes, where sunrise and sunset will leave you breathless, during the day instead you can carry out any activity of your liking, tours, walks with dromedaries and many other offers!! And all this without having to think about anything, your guide will organize everything... travel, meals, activities and everything perfectly designed to make your wishes come true!! We had an unforgettable holiday and can not wait to return!

5.00I had been in Morocco 12 years ago on a couple trip with Medina tour and it had been super; so now that I'm back with my two sons, I turned to them again and I didn't make mistakes; in one tour they managed to meet the needs of each of us, not easy... they built every day taking care of every detail and fulfilling our every wish to the best. I can't wait to go back with the grandchildren

5.00While in Fes, we changed our plans at the very last minute, and Mohammed was super responsive and worked with us until we confirmed at 10:30pm the night before. He promised an excellent tour and definitely delivered! Our guide and driver, Rachid, met us in a near new Mitsubishi 4WD and we headed out at 9am the next morning! He was awesome teaching us the culture, traditions, history, and richness of this amazing country. He was fun and knowledgable, and we enjoyed his company so very much. Rachid was also responsive to our desires to see more "local" places, and not the high traffic tourist-y places. Ask him to take you to his favorite restaurant in Marrakech - best meal of the trip! All of the accommodations were terrific, the people we met were friendly and engaging, and the scenery was beyond expectation. We recommend Mohammed, Rachid, and Medina Tours, and will look forward to our next trip to Morocco! Thank you!

5.00I did the four day, three night tour of the desert with a friend on our first trip to Morocco. Mohammed organized the trip on short notice and was very helpful in figuring out an itinerary that fit our needs and timeline. Alladin, our tour guide / driver, was wonderful. Everything went smoothly, with a balanced number of activities for each day of the tour. Although some people might be put off by the idea of spending so much time commuting to each destination, seeing the terrain was one of the most enjoyable things about the tour - my friend and I loved seeing such beautiful and varied landscape while traveling with a driver ourselves on a flexible schedule. Accommodation in both merzouga and ouarzazate was great. 10/10 would recommend doing. The one thing I would advise potential travelers to be cognizant of is the need to pay in cash / with pay pal. As Canadians, we had significant difficulty managing withdrawals for the full amount, so if you intend to take the tour and are aware of your bank having stringent security measures I would suggest preparing your funds before you leave your home country because payment through visa isn't possible.
