What To Expect
Arrival Services, Lounge and Private Hotel Transfer: Upon arrival at Montego Bay’s Sangster International Airport, make your way to the Club Mobay meeting point, where your club representative awaits. Fill out your immigration forms, with assistance from your representative as needed, and move through customs and immigration quickly with your fast-track service. Your host then helps you in picking up your luggage and escorts you to the Club Mobay arrival lounge. Let the lounge's reggae music lull you into the island groove. Enjoy snacks and beverages while flipping through magazines and newspapers. Freshen up in the private restroom and cool off with a chilled towel. Use the high-speed Wi-Fi to check your messages, and catch up on news on the flat-screen cable TVs. When you’re ready, you’ll be transported by private, air-conditioned vehicle to your hotel. Hotel drop-off zones include Montego Bay, Negril, Ocho Rios, Runaway Bay, Trelawny, Tryall and Round Hill, and Grand Palladium Resort. Departure Services, Lounge and Private Hotel Transfer: You will be given a welcome letter with instructions on how to connect with your local tour representative in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese or Russian. The rep will make arrangements by phone upon arrival to meet with you. For your return trip, enjoy personalized hotel pickup in one of the zones listed above. At Sangster International Airport, check in for your flight and continue to the Club Mobay information booth, located next to the entrance for security and immigration. Register for your lounge access here, and then sail through security and immigration, bypassing the regular line with your fast-track access. Head inside the Club Mobay departure lounge, on the mezzanine level next to Gate 9. Snack on provided fresh fruit, sandwiches, tapas and other light fare, and sip a cold drink, cup of coffee or an alcoholic beverage. Browse through a newspaper or magazine, make use of the high-speed Wi-Fi or take a hot shower. Children will love playing games on the provided Samsung Galaxy tablets or rollicking about in the sound-proof playroom. Or, if you are traveling sans child, find quiet in the adults-only lounge. In the fully equipped business center, catch up on work or make complimentary calls to USA, Canada and UK landline numbers. After this relaxing reprieve, board your plane refreshed and calm when your flight is called.

4.00Did not get to use the arrival services of Club Mobay due to miscommunication. You must confirm whether or not you get an email to do so and it needs to be with Holiday. Holdiay employees were very kind and did all they could to try and help. The situation was made right and they took care of our transfers and departure Club Mobay. Would recommend this tour.

2.00Fast Track was worth every penny. First class lounge, was NOT at all what they represented. It is small and you can’t even walk it was so busy and all the tables are super close. If they had AC, it didn’t work well. There is one small bathroom in the corner. They kept stalling us because no one was there to bring us to the resort. It took an additional half hour for a car. The driver was good. He got us to the resort in about an hour and half, which was good since it’s far from the airport. Just not worth the money for the first class lounge.

5.00We decided on the Club Mobay for our trip after we had booked the original portion of our trip. So glad we did.! We stayed at Sandals Negril. Normally you are met a representative from the resort after your plane lands. But thanks to American Airlines our flight had been changed a few weeks before. I did call the resort to change our arrival time but somehow it was lost in translation and no one was there to meet us. But one of the other reps put us in touch with a Sandals rep and helped us on our way expediting our way thru luggage and customs . It was amazing! We were then led to the Club Mobay lounge for a drink and snack until our ride was ready. The arrival lounge was not that impressive. but a descent place to rest your bones after a long day of traveling. on On our was home we took our ride from Sandals to the airport. We met our rep and were expedited thru customs again. Wonderful! Then we were taken to the Club Mobay for depatrures. This was a much nicer space. Tables ,comfy chairs, a nice bar and food. We were very happy with this as we had two hours to kill before our flight departed. I HIGHLY recommend Club Mobay

4.00Great service for the price. We loved the food and hospitality. The only downside was that are transfer was not private returning despite that is what we paid for. When I asked the driver from Holiday Services, she was very dismissive and stated that she was told to pick up another party and that I would have to take it up with whom I booked. Needless to say, it was a very tight ride to the airport. I contacted Viator upon arriving home and they finally were able to get in contact with Holiday Service or MoBay, I received a refund for only $10. Overall, it's a good value and the MoBay staff and set up at the airport is excellent!
