Full day experience of the Great Ocean Road

4.00I was in for business in Melbourne and got one free day to enjoy the Great Ocean Road. I opted to take the Reverse tour, which takes you inland on the highway (3h with morning tea break) to arrive at the 12 apostle site (45 min time to go to viewing platforms) and Shipwreck coast (45 min stop at Loch Ard Gorge). From then you make your way back to Melbourne on the great ocean road. After some time we went had lunch in the rainforest area with the opportunity to do small (30 min) walk in the dense rainforest and absorb the bird sounds. Afterwards we stopped to spot 4-5 Koala's in the eucalyptus trees next to the road. From Appolo bay to Lorne, you experience the scenic route (often carved out from the rocks) and have chance to visit the beach area. Finally we made our way back Melbourne city. Big shout out to our guide/driver Coco, who was a good driver and provided us with interesting information. Highly recommended.

5.00Had an amazing time. Steve was an excellent tour guide and the dad jokes were a highlight too. The tour itself was amazing seeing all the main sights and others whilst being ahead of some of the other tour groups meaning it was quieter which was perfect can’t knock the trip at all !!!

5.00The 12 hr 690k day trip was amazing and a HUGE SHOUT OUT TO JONA our driver as he shared lots of key points of interest along the away. It was a very busy and full day and JONA did a great job keeping us all on-time and getting us back on the bus at each stop. The crowds were large in some spots as it is the Chinese Lunar New Years. JONA IS A GREAT AND SKILLED DRIVER, as the Great Ocean Road is long and winding and he reacted quickly and safely do a unexpected road closure and motorbike accident. The tour is five star
