Located only 130 km from Santiago, Valparaíso and Viña del Mar are very close tourist cities, but each one with unique characteristics.
Between hills and graffiti, Valparaíso is a port city and the legislative capital of the country. In 2003 it was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
On the other hand, Viña del Mar is famous for its beautiful beaches, its sophisticated architecture and its colorful gardens scattered around every corner. It is one of the most visited spas in Chile.

5.00The attendance of the Smar tour really surprised us. First time going to Chile and received several proposals via Face and Instagram and share them came more into account. It also facilitated because the 2 tours could be paid in pix and paid market card, facilitated a lot. Everything was organized before arriving in Chile. We did Vina del Mar and Valparaiso.... Portillo and Laguna del inca...the tours were wonderful, we learned a lot. Very attentive and explaining guides... there are stops for breakfast, lunch or picnic. The Van takes and leaves at the hotel door. With highlight for the guides Nil and Thomas and the attendant Mozart....We liked it very much. Value!

1.00To start the tour should last until 6 pm, but by 3 pm we were back. The van had bad wheels and the driver was well over speed limits. In Valparaíso you are an hour, in vineyard of the sea 10 minutes and then you are stopped at a restaurant in which the guide encourages you to enter (it is the restaurant with the worst opinions in the area but I suppose they will have some incentive). It is a shame because in the whole month I have been in Chile we have never been treated like this. I do not recommend with the smartour company

5.00Excellent guide from the day before I planned the departure and the same day I advised how much was missing for each passenger then already all together made the presentation of each always trying to unite group; then explains very well every detail of the places visited with joy and respect Alexandro thank you for being our guide and Ricardo for handling with responsibility totally grateful Dinorah and Antonio de Montevideo Uruguay 🙏

1.00I took the"Tour a Valparaíso y Viña del Mar" on October 18th. The tour tour guide was supposed to be off that day as it was his birthday. He was interested in finishing the tour ASAP to celebrate his birthday. By 12:30 the tour was finished when we went for lunch until 14:00 and then we went back to Santiago, arriving at 15:30. It shoukd have finished at 18:00. The place where we had lunch (Porto do sol, in rebanada Beach) was expensive with low quality food and bad service In viña del mar, we spent 20 minutes only. We just visited the flower's clock, and the moai statue In valparaiso, we stayed for 1.30 hrs hours approx only, we visited the Poems's square, and we had 1 hour walking tour. very disappointed with the tour

5.00We made three amazing tours with the Smart Tour: Viña del Mar and Valparaíso, Farellones and El Colorado. The Alessandro Pirex was a wonderful guide, always explaining everything with attention and sympathy, and the drivers Claudio and Jorge Zunigan left us super calm throughout the trip. The Smart Tour took care of every detail, making the tours light, fun and unforgettable. An experience that we will keep forever!

5.00It was an amazing day we had with the driver Claudio and the guide Alessandro. The city of Valparaíso is beautiful, Alessandro showed us several interesting points of the city, which is a true open-air art gallery, and we took a boat ride through the bay. The same goes for Viña del Mar. The restaurant suggested for lunch is very good, several options and with a fair price. We still saw sea wolves in Viña del Mar! Great, I highly recommend!
