3.00It took a bit of back and forth communication with both Viator and the operator to ensure that my group needs will be met to avoid misunderstandings later. But it still happened. Upon pick up at the cruise port, the driver and company representative were not aware of our arrangement that our group needed to be dropped off at our hotel after the tour. More calls and messages. In the end it worked out. The operator and staff were nice. But the experience was frustrating.

3.00We had to wait 30 mins for 2 travelers which caused our travel stops to be shortened or missed which is unfair to rest of group. Bus was small a very narrow spaces. I and my aunt had to sit on top of wheel cover causing us to be very uncomfortable and hurt my back. The microphone wasn't working and guide had heavy accent spoke softly and was hard to understand. Our driver who spoke no English was nice. There was also a family on-board with small child which began crying so we couldn't hear the guide. I think passengers should receive so.e money back.

5.00It was a great price compared to the cruise ship's exact excursion. We were alongside our shipmates at every stop, even rest stop to use the bathrooms. We had a little taste of all the big attractions. The hour long boat ride, gave different views then what we saw on the bus and from the street.

4.00Once we got on the tour it was good. So much confusion of where to meet. 2 cruise ships arrived that day. They were waiting in an area that was easy for those on Princess. For those on NCL there was no one available. Tried calling tour guide 3 times and no answer. Many people had the same issue and some didn’t make it on as a result. Construction going on in that pirt
