4.00The day trip in Dar es Salaam was overall very pleasant. The pickup was extremely punctual at the hotel, and the driver/guide was a very nice and sympathetic guy. The car was high quality, clean and comfortable, which made the ride very enjoyable. The program was interesting, but unfortunately the visit to the Tingatinga Art Center and the one-hour stay at Kariakoo Market were skipped – that was a bit of a shame. Price-wise, the private excursion was absolutely fine, and the highlight was clearly the lively fish market, which offered an authentic insight into local life. Overall a recommended excursion with small reductions in the program.

5.00Nice tour with Saed showing us highlights of Daressalam. Family of 5 persons, arriving from Zanzibar. Saed picked us up at the ferry, nice tout through the city and drop off at the airport. Absolutely to recommend, as Saed has a lot of knowledge and a very nice and friendly person. Luc

5.00This was a full-day tour (9am till 5.30pm) taking in the main sights of the city and including lunch. The guide Saed was excellent. He spoke very good English and was very knowledgeable about the places we visited. His vehicle was very comfortable, had air con, and also offered good wifi. We first visited the fish market and the Lutheran church. We then drove around the busy Kariakoo district. After that, we drove to and visited the Village Museum, featuring numerous houses built in the style of various regions of Tanzania. For me, this was the highlight of the tour as we also enjoyed a performance of Tanzanian music and dancing. Following lunch, we drove to the Msasani Peninsula and had a stroll around the relaxed Slipway district. Saed was friendly and very easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend this tour to anybody wanting to discover this interesting city.

5.00Wonderful full day private tour with Saed. He is super knowledgeable about Dar Es Salaam and Tanzanian culture as a local. I was traveling alone and he planned our tour based off my personal interests. I would highly recommend, whether you’re in a group or traveling solo. Transportation was very clean and comfortable and communication/coordination was very easy.

5.00Never have I experienced a city where everything pulls you in and says welcome. Dar es Salaam is that city from the people that we encountered, to the beautiful beaches, the delicious food also, last but not least our wonderful, devoted, caring tour guide and driver Said. Said main objectives were to make sure we had fun and know and enjoy the history and culture of Tanzania. Said was very knowledgeable and although his first language is Swahili his English was superb. We had the most wonderful time and I would highly recommend him for this tour.

He shared with us a lot of knowledge about the city and living in a beautiful city like this, in a good mood and availability, always attentive and caring.
