1.00This is totally a walking tour once you get to Santo Domingo. My family has mobility issues and cannot walk on uneven ground. The tour guide, Papa Joseph, was fantastic at helping us walk over cobblestones to the restaurant where we sat for the entire four hours. We did not get to see anything else. And it was so boring to just sit with nothing to do. I will say the buffet food was delicious.

5.00This was a great tour. The tour that we initially signed up for cancelled on us last minute because they did not have enough people. This tour had some spots open. Be prepared to walk a lot. Buffet lunch was included in the price. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. He spoke three different languages because of the diversity on the tour. They picked me up from my place and had taken me back to my place.

4.00Pick up was 2 hours late without a call, text, or email. I had to track down customer service for a 650am pick - no one answered and wasn’t responded to for almost an hour - and picked up later - I could’ve had breakfast etc - the tour itself was good - Norberto was informative

4.00The tour guide, Norberto was absolutely fantastic. He was fun, hilarious and engaging. The tour itself was ok...I wish there were other places we could actually go in rather than just passing by...it felt like we went to more shops than places to check out but overall was pretty good!
