Experience the mental and physical health benefits of live sound meditation at the Falmouth Ocean Club. On your paddle board close your eyes feel the gentel movement of the board on the water, and allow the crystal singing bowls to interact with your body. The intention of this meditation is to support you in achieving a state of deep relaxation. No skills, abilities, or beliefs are required to receive the benefits. **All based on weather permitting allowances. 5.00Great sound bath on paddle boards and then a fire pit to reflect. Savannah has a super calm and soothing voice and it was a fantastic experience for me and my teen daughter. I would recommend any activity offered by Savannah.
