You will be welcomed into a traditional family home in Tbilisi’s Old Town and experience Georgian hospitality the way locals do. Together with your hosts, you will take part in a hands-on cooking session, learning how to prepare iconic Georgian dishes such as khinkali and khachapuri, while discovering the stories and traditions behind them. After cooking, you will gather around the table for a festive Georgian feast led by a traditional toastmaster (Tamada). You’ll enjoy homemade food, taste different varieties of Georgian wine and chacha, join in toasts, songs, and folk dances, and learn simple Georgian phrases. Throughout the evening, your host will share insights into Georgian culture, customs, and family traditions, creating a warm, social, and unforgettable experience.
