  The view and activities are perfect. But the administration are terrible. The tour manager e mail shows different pickup points with the confirmation ticket. it make confusion and the response is late. The quality for bus was terrible, bad smell (diesel or gasoline…) not on-time etc

  Our driver is very friendly and helpful. Regarding the tour package - The Niagara trip is excellent but it would have been better if additional time is allocated at the Falls area to explore more of it. I believe 1 hour is not enough. A combination of the horn blower and the behind the walls choice in the package would have been great. The bus should be provided with a microphone system so that we can clearly hear what our driver is saying.

  We picked this tour because it offered pickup at our hotel, so we would not have to walk or taxi to a central downtown location that mist tours have. Reservation was confirmed and showed pickup site at our hotel. Tour was charged 2 days prior to tour, as expected. One day or I should say evening before tour we received email showing central pickup point. We did receive a call the day of tour with walking directions, but we were told the coach could not stop at our hotel. HOW THEN DID THE CONFIRMATION STATE HOTEL PICKUP? Don't believe it, regardless of what your paperwork says. The couple across the aisle on the bus told us the same bait and switch happened to them too. Tour itself was average.

  We had a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. He picked up people at unscheduled pick up spots and waited an extended amount for an older couple that had health issues.

  Amazing experience with a super friendly guide tour/driver ( Dawyne); was extremely polite, very knowledgeable about the areas and their histories, and very helpful. I absolutely enjoyed the experience and would love to do this again in a few years

  We booked a zoom tour from Toronto with a helicopter ride. We had an amazing day, Johnny our guide and bus driver collected us from our hotel and was just superb, what a friendly gent he was. Went out of his way to make sure we all had a good trip. He was knowledgeable and chatted to us about all sorts of things along route. He had some great stories to tell! Made us feel very welcome and constantly checked everyone was ok, needed a coffee/ tea break etc. We stopped to have maple syrup and chocolate tasting, then later on a superb buffet tea with over 200 items to choose from and free wine tasting too! Stopped off for some good photo opportunities on the way. It was cold and niagara falls had snow so our helicopter ride didnt look like it was going to happen but Johnny kept ringing to check up if it was going to take place and at 4 pm the sun came out and he kindly took us straight to the helicopter pad and then collected us after our ride. We had a good amount of time at the falls and he never rushed us, took us back when it was dark too so we could see the light show, All in all a great day, very well organised and worth every penny.

  Excellent tour picked up from hotel , Johnny our driver ,guide and problem solver was a real gem. Tour included helicopter flight , view behind the falls , wine tasting , maple syrup tasting , various photo stops . And an all you can eat buffet !! A comprehensive and fully immersive experience a fabulous day and great value - highly recommended

  The boat ride in Niagara Falls is a must. It was amazing. Seeing it from the top does not do it justice. The view during our lunch included with the tour was breathtaking. They had a very good selection of food and desserts. We had an amazing time with our tour guide, Johnny. He was very knowledgeable and kept us entertained.
