Hello Yesterday we went on the tour with Garry. Nothing to say about our road trip to the Falls. And we got some time to ourselves to lunch and discover the surroundings. When we left from there, we made some short stop for the whirlpool, the Clock and tasting of Maple syrup. Then Garry talked about long trafic and it would take 90 minutes to drop off people at Pearson then 1 hour more to the city of Toronto. Then we stopped for the smallest chapel. (Why ?) So we never went to Niagara by the Lake, that is listed on the program for the Day. So we are very disappointed by that, it was one of our goal for that Day (many Friends had told us about it, that it was so nice to visit). How come the program for that Day could not make time for that stop to visit, as it was already on the program. We lost precious time stopping at useless novelty. Also we went by the Wayne Gretzky Winery, it could have been so cool to stop there and buy some of his wine/whisky. So how can you make up for a Day half good??? I am sure we are not the only one who are not satisfied by our journey yesterday

The guide, Edmond, was 50 minutes late in the morning. He drives with one hand and use the other hand for holding his microphone. He was arrogant. We talked to him as the company told us to do for telling him we wanted to go eat at a restaurant. I did it and at first, I told him I was sorry because my English is not my first language and he told me that my English was very bad! When I asked question about the time and the place the bus will get us after the lunch, he said that he already told that and I « did not paid attention ». He repeated it a lot. He was very rude. I’m sorry to tell it but his English is not good neighter. It is very difficult to understand what he says. He was not clear about the time and the place where he was supposed to pick us, even after multiple repetitions. We finally find it, but it was so unclear that we had to wait for people for an other hour. He passed on a red light for turning to the right. He passed in a one way and did not make some stops. I’m very dissapointed and I will never recommand this company to anyone.
