5.00Fantastic opportunity to see all of the city from the CN Tower then some of the city close up from the bus and then the city from the lake - with great views throughout. We had a wonderful guide in Johnny, who was immensely knowledgeable, and greatly entertaining throughout. He knew where to stop, what to see and how to get there. Would recommend this to any first time visitor to the city and maybe even those returning. Dont miss the falls of course on a different day but make sure you do this as well.

5.00We booked the group tour of Toronto with the harbor cruise and CN Tower tour. It was scheduled to be a bus tour with about 40 guests. We ended up with a personalized tour with Nimesh Modl as we were the only guests signed up that day. Nimesh spent a wonderful 5 hours with us (tour was only scheduled for 4 hours), shared tremendous insight and history about Toronto - we learned more than we could have expected. 2.00We were disappointed with this, especially for the cost. It states hotel pick up but that is not an option, you have to go to a meeting point. The ticket for the CN Tower does not take you to the top and the guide does not go with you and the drive around the town told you very little about the town. I wish we had bought tickets for the hop on hop off bus and the CN tower and harbour cruise ourselves. Effectively this is a glorified taxi service

His knowledge of seven languages is impressive and incredibly helpful, as is his competence, enthusiasm and warmth. – Johnny is the perfect tour guide. The five-hour tour is an excellent option for anyone visiting Toronto for the first time, as it includes a visit to the CN Tower and a harbor tour. In between, the tour section shows the main attractions in central Toronto with few stops. A very pleasant way to get to know a breathtaking city. At the same time, a very good offer as the price of the tour includes the tickets for the CN Tower and the harbour tour. Definitely recommended. 1.00On the afternoon prior to the tour while traveling, I received a text message which I was unable to open due to Wi-Fi issues until that evening when I read the tour was canceled for the following morning. When I requested a refund, I was offered a separate tour to Niagara Falls, which I had already visited. It was only after multiple text messages that I was told I would get a refund. I then had difficulty getting the refund and had to wait five days. Fortunately, as this is not a busy time in Toronto, we were able to book with another tour company and enjoy the hop on hop off bus as well as their harbor tour. As this is the first issue I have experienced with Viator I think the problem is with this tour operator.

3.00Pick up was not offered at our downtown hotel, so 25 minute walk to get to pick up. Great mobile communication whilst at the pick up point. Cn tower and boat trip good experience and had plenty of time. St Lawrence market visit interesting but 40 minutes really not enough time to appreciate it. Guided tour of downtown Toronto sadly disappointing as very little knowledge and information given by our driver, who was very polite and friendly. Felt more like a Taxi driver! No bottled water offered as described. Not really worth the money
