5.00We booked the group tour of Toronto with the harbor cruise and CN Tower tour. It was scheduled to be a bus tour with about 40 guests. We ended up with a personalized tour with Nimesh Modl as we were the only guests signed up that day. Nimesh spent a wonderful 5 hours with us (tour was only scheduled for 4 hours), shared tremendous insight and history about Toronto - we learned more than we could have expected. 2.00We were disappointed with this, especially for the cost. It states hotel pick up but that is not an option, you have to go to a meeting point. The ticket for the CN Tower does not take you to the top and the guide does not go with you and the drive around the town told you very little about the town. I wish we had bought tickets for the hop on hop off bus and the CN tower and harbour cruise ourselves. Effectively this is a glorified taxi service

2.00The boat tour was good. My guided driver was a nice lady but did not have a clue of what to do or say she was not knowledgeable and she was 20 mins late. When I called to ask where was she the manager for Zoom tours was rude.

5.00I had a good experience on the local tour in Toronto yesterday! The entire day was well-organized, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Our guide was engaging. I especially enjoyed the stop at St. Lawrence Market and the cruise.
Beware – prepare to have your tour canceled!

1.00On the afternoon prior to the tour while traveling, I received a text message which I was unable to open due to Wi-Fi issues until that evening when I read the tour was canceled for the following morning. When I requested a refund, I was offered a separate tour to Niagara Falls, which I had already visited. It was only after multiple text messages that I was told I would get a refund. I then had difficulty getting the refund and had to wait five days. Fortunately, as this is not a busy time in Toronto, we were able to book with another tour company and enjoy the hop on hop off bus as well as their harbor tour. As this is the first issue I have experienced with Viator I think the problem is with this tour operator.
