You will learn how to cook authentic Thai cuisine from a Thai chef with long experience from restaurants and are widely renowned for their good cooking. As well, they get very good reviews for teaching Thai cooking. Also, they have very good knowledge of spices, herbs, and other plants from the garden. You learn by a practical, hands-on approach to cook and to impress your friends back home, with green Thai curry, fragrant soups, or stir-fried chicken with cashew nuts and many more dishes!!

All dishes can be either vegetarian, vegan, spicy or non spicy to suite to your own taste.
Children aged between 7-11 years and can choose only 2 dishes.
The group chooses 4 out of 10 dishes together, individually you can choose type of meat etc.as well as spice level.
The person who comes with but doesn't want to cook pay an extra 500 Baht per person. Includes share of food and transportation.
There are at least 2 people required to start the cooking class. The class size is limited to maximal 12 persons.

This was so fun and delicious! Our teacher was funny and kind, and we learned new chopping skills, new ingredients, new techniques. We went in the low season (July) so it was just us and the teacher. We made larb with chicken, massaman curry, sweet and sour prawn stir fry, and mango sticky rice. We were given a recipe book with 10 dishes that we will take back as well.
