Our Half-Day Walking Safari in the Balule Game Reserve offers guests an immersive, Big Five experience just a stone’s throw from Hoedspruit — without the need to stay in exclusive, high-end lodges. Balule shares an unfenced boundary with Kruger National Park, giving you access to one of Africa’s richest ecosystems.
Guided by a Private Professional Trails Guide from Tsala Trails, you'll explore the bush on foot — discovering tracks, signs, and stories that game drives often miss. This is your chance to walk in the wild, connect with nature intimately, and experience the true rhythm of the Greater Kruger — all in just a few unforgettable hours.

It was great experience with Koenraad to have 2 bush walks and 6 game drives in a private game resort and we achieved to see more Leopards than Elephants. It’s still a miracle how he does that!
