Our experience begins with a warm welcome from our team who will guide you throughout this awesome class, describing what we will do in the following few hours. We will start with a tour of our typical terraced gardens, an ancient local cultivation method that represent a resource of sustainability and environmental conservation on the Amalfi Coast. Here we will stroll by and linger at the lemon grove, the olive grove and the vineyard, where you will be provided with significant information on the importance of these groves in the Mediterranean diet and how our worldwide famous Limoncello, olive oil and wine are produced. We will continue our visit to the vegetable garden, and after wearing gloves and collecting wicker baskets, we will proceed with the picking of the freshest seasonal veggies and fragrant herbs that we will later use for the preparation of the delicacies during the class. Once we have put on our kitchen aprons we will be ready to get down to business and learn the secrets of preparing exquisite traditional dishes, which we will then go on to enjoy all together during a wonderful meal accompanied by local wine, limoncello and real Neapolitan espresso.

Our farm to table cooking class was an absolutely phenomenal experience! My husband and two daughters (27 & 29) all agreed that it was THE highlight of our week on the Amalfi coast. Luca picked us up at the meeting spot after our trek up the mountain from Amalfi Town. Glad we started early as it was a bit longer walk than the 20 mins stated. Mostly because we kept stopping to enjoy the view or flatten ourselves as we dodged oncoming traffic on the narrow curves! Our guide Samuele was amazing – knowledgeable and personal - explaining the history of the area and it’s food – teaching us about the farm and what was growing - answering all our questions – allowing us to harvest from the garden and giving us tips and tricks as we prepped and cooked – interacting and getting to know each of us individually – and helping our group of 10 really get to know each other - truly a gem! Chef Rosa was hysterical – her banter with us as we butchered the Italian language (and some of the food she was trying to have us make) kept us all laughing. And she helped us make the BEST gnocchi I have EVER had. Fried Zucchini flower stuffed with ricotta and bits of anchovy – who knew! Bruschetta – Fava beans – Escarole – Fruit and fennel salad - Delicious! The food (and local wine) was abundant and so fresh and clean and light. And to the young woman assistant quietly working in the background – setting up, cleaning up, your efforts did not go unnoticed! The whole excursion was in a beautiful setting with spectacular views and gentle breezes with canopies in all the right spots for shade. Recommend one thousand percent. You will not be disappointed! Not an influencer, not a content creator, not affiliated with any business, don't use AI. Just a typical American/Italian Mom who wanted a fantastic experience for her family and found it! A memory our family will revisit for years to come. ~Loretta, Daniel, Alyssandra and Oliva

We have just returned from the most fabulous day! Learning to cook the Amalfi way with Mamma Rosetta at the helm. We would highly recommend the experience to anyone wishing to learn local dishes, produce, Olive Oil and most importantly about the Amalfi Lemon! If you are thinking of booking don't think too long or in the words of Nike, just do it you won't regret it. It was our 37th Wedding Anniversary today and what a way to spend it. A huge thank you to all the team at Amalfi Heaven Gardens.

My sister and I booked this experience on a whim, and it ended up being the highlight of our trip to the Amalfi Coast! From the warm welcome to the breathtaking coastal views, every moment felt authentic and truly special. Denise, Gaia, Elsa, and Antonio were absolutely incredible hosts, guiding our small group through a hands-on cooking class filled with tons of laughs, great wine, and amazing food. It felt personal, relaxed, and so memorable from start to finish. If you’re anywhere near Amalfi, I can’t recommend this experience enough!

This is a 5 star experience. The staff have so much heart and will ensure you have a good time. I was so impressed at their ability to create warmth and joy and laughter. We made many vegetable appetizers (zucchini, bruschetta, peppers, pumpkin, fava beans, broccoli) and gnocchi. We stayed the night in Ravello so took the bus down to Amalfi and then WALKED to the class, which is about a mile and a bit nerve wracking because the road with cars can be tight. Still! I would book again. Worth the trek. Which is a true testament to the joy of the people who work here, and that vibe is contagious. And of course good food and good wine. For us, starting at 3, the experience was until 7:30. We caught the bus (thankfully) back to Amalfi and then another bus back to Ravello.

Here’s the updated version: Amalfi Heaven Gardens — Cooking Experience & Garden Tour We just returned from what I can honestly say was the single best experience of our entire trip to the Amalfi Coast. A group of us — six couples — did the cooking class and garden tour, and I don’t think any of us were prepared for how incredible it would be. The garden itself stopped us in our tracks. The views, the colors, the way everything is laid out — it’s the kind of place you just want to stand still and take in. But then the cooking experience begins and somehow it gets even better. The gnocchi, the stuffed flowers, the bruschetta — all unbelievable. But here’s the thing: we couldn’t agree on a favorite because everything was that good. And there was plenty of it. Come hungry. What made it truly special, though, was the staff. Warm, funny, genuinely happy to have us there. They made twelve strangers feel like family by the end of it. That’s not easy to do, and it didn’t feel performed — it felt real. If you’re visiting the Amalfi Coast and you’re debating whether to do this, stop debating. Book it. It was the highlight of our trip — and that’s saying something given where we were. That “come hungry” line is pure gold — leaving it exactly as you said it. Reads as completely authentic.

We had an amazing experience at our cooking class! The owners were lovely and truly have made the experience extra special by joining us. We cooked so many delicious recipes and even made stuff off the planned menu. Our crazy group of Americans felt the true spirit of Italy. We will be back next time. If you’re debating on booking this class you should do it!
