Our experience begins with a warm welcome from our team who will guide you throughout this awesome class, describing what we will do in the following few hours. We will start with a tour of our typical terraced gardens, an ancient local cultivation method that represent a resource of sustainability and environmental conservation on the Amalfi Coast. Here we will stroll by and linger at the lemon grove, the olive grove and the vineyard, where you will be provided with significant information on the importance of these groves in the Mediterranean diet and how our worldwide famous Limoncello, olive oil and wine are produced. We will continue our visit to the vegetable garden, and after wearing gloves and collecting wicker baskets, we will proceed with the picking of the freshest seasonal veggies and fragrant herbs that we will later use for the preparation of the delicacies during the class. Once we have put on our kitchen aprons we will be ready to get down to business and learn the secrets of preparing exquisite traditional dishes, which we will then go on to enjoy all together during a wonderful meal accompanied by local wine, limoncello and real Neapolitan espresso.

I took this cooking class today and it completely blew me away. Although they had originally mentioned that a vegan option might not be available, they went above and beyond to accommodate me—without me even having to ask. That level of care and thoughtfulness is so rare, especially while traveling. The team was engaging, fun, and incredibly easy to learn from. They created such a relaxed, warm atmosphere that made the entire experience feel effortless and joyful. The setting? Absolutely breathtaking. Surrounded by lush gardens and sweeping views, it felt like something out of a dream. And the food—wow. Hands down the best I’ve had in Italy. Fresh, vibrant, and packed with flavour.

This was an amazing cooking class on the hills of the Amalfi coast. We had so much fun learning about the plants they grow and then learning how to cook some traditional Italian dishes. The head chef Rosa and guide Daniel were funny and personal. We made 6 different appetizers and then one main dish. Plenty of wine and drinks throughout. This was a great way to spend our last evening in Amalfi. We would highly recommend this cooking class.

My husband and I both loved this hands on cooking experience with fresh ingredients gathered from the garden. Not only was the food spectacular, our guide Goran was very entertaining and we enjoyed meeting the other couples who participated. We made many many dishes together and every single one was tasty as well as packed with fresh fruits and vegetables. A must-do for visitors to Amalfi or the surrounding areas.
