This Vietnamese cooking class was absolutely wonderful and truly one of the highlights of our stay. Our teacher Vy led the class with so much warmth, calmness, and knowledge that we felt comfortable from the very first moment. The atmosphere was incredibly pleasant and relaxed – nothing felt rushed or overwhelming. Instead, everything was done in a very natural, welcoming way, where everyone felt included and at ease. Vy explained each step clearly, answered questions patiently, and created a space that felt personal, calm, and genuinely caring. The dishes were authentic, delicious, and still easy to recreate at home. At the end of the class, we were given a recipe book with all the dishes we prepared. What made the experience even more special was that Vy didn’t just teach recipes, but also shared insights into Vietnamese food culture, which added so much depth and meaning to the class. If you’re looking for a cooking class that feels personal, warm, and thoughtfully guided, rather than touristy or hectic, this is the perfect choice. Highly recommended – we would do it again anytime! 💛🍜

We had a cooking class guided by Vy. She was a very good instructor, explaining every step and also telling us a lot about the Vietnamese food and culture. Throughout the whole course there was a warm, almost family-like atmosphere and we had a great time. We ended the evening with a generous, delicious multi-course meal.

Me and my girlfriend booked this class with Vy (premium option with Banh Xeo) and didn't regret it. The food was amazing and definitely more interesting than the regular option. The price bump compared to the regular is minimal but the experience of likely doing it with less people and making more interesting dishes is totally worth it. Vy has great energy and was super helpful and we also had an amazing chat while eating. To Total recommend it to everyone

Vy was a brilliant teacher. High energy, encouraging, great English, and taught us a lot about Vietnamese culture whilst we ate. The dishes were fun to cook and it was interesting to see how locals buy fresh ingredients at the market (photos). Highly recommend this class and Vy!

Within two hours Perla confidently introduced us to 5 recipes, from Pho to Egg Coffee - which I don't like so much, the great atmosphere and the learning together did not stop. Perla has conveyed her knowledge charmingly and knowledgeably. Thank you!
