Padar Island

Padar Island is one of the largest and the most picturesque Island in Komodo National Park formed by rolling hill stretch out facing the blue sea. Hike up to the top of the Island will offer you a breathtaking 360 degree view over the ocean and three colored beach.

Komodo Island

Across the marine national park to Komodo Island. The biggest island in the Komodo National Park with an area of approximately 390 hectares is home to the unique Komodo dragons and other wilds animals. Join the rangers on a hike up into the hills to discover the dragons, which are the largest living species of lizards, growing to a length of up to three meters.

An excellent day out. A brisk climb, swimming, Komodo searching (4), snorkelling on a fabulous coral reef and swimming with Manta Rays. Only two criticisms are that most seats are inside the boat, where the windows are too high up to see out easily. Also for us there was one more swim stop than ideal. But the Komodo Dragons and the Coral reef are brilliant.
