Hiking & yoga! What better way to experience the gorgeous landscapes that Sayulita has to offer. Get in touch with nature and yourself with this experience.

We will mindfully hike through the lush jungle of the Sierra Madre Occidental. We will pass views that are completely breathtaking. Along the way we will see a large variety of tropical exotic plants, birds, butterflies, and more palm trees than you can imagine. Once we arrive to a private secluded beach we will begin our yoga practice under the trees in the shade. There is nothing like hearing the serene sounds of the waves crashing and birds chirping as you mediate and practice yoga. The yoga class is all levels whether you are a beginner or experienced practitioner this is for you. By connecting mindful movements and nature we give ourselves the opportunity to disconnect and quiet the mind, taking in all of the elements of nature.

You do not need any experience in yoga or hiking to participate in this experience.

What To Expect

Reconnect with nature and yourself on this unforgettable jungle and beach yoga experience. We'll begin our journey with a scenic 1.5 mile hike (approximately 45 minutes) through the lush Mexican jungle. Along the way, you'll enjoy panoramic views, tropical plants, animals, and the sounds of nature. This is truly an immersive nature experience. Our path leads to a gorgeous quiet part of the beach that feels like a hidden gem. Here, under the palms with the sounds of the waves crashing, we will transition to a beachfront yoga session. Practicing yoga on the beach is a perfect compliment to any vacation. The sounds of the ocean, the fresh breeze, and the open sky create a peaceful and inspiring setting thats impossible to replicate indoors. This experience is designed for everyone. There is no hiking or yoga experience necessary. Just bring your sense of adventure and let nature do the rest.

Absolutely lovely experience.m, beautiful hike and lovely yoga session. But pack your electrolytes!! I thought I did fine and today am suffering from heat exhaustion. Stay hydrated!!

We had such a nice time hiking and doing yoga on the secret beach. We could even see whales breaching as Diana led us through stretches. It was a beautiful way to start the day

Favorite experience in Sayulita! Wonderful jungle hike along the coast so ocean views throughout then ended up at a secluded beach where we did yoga under a nice shady tree! The flow was wonderful and hearing the ocean waves throughout really enhanced the experience!

We had an amazingly beautiful hike through the jungle and arrived at a private beach for the yoga class which was much more peaceful and clean than Sayulita's main Beach. The yoga session was relaxing, and the perfect mix of not too challenging and very centering. It was amazing doing yoga while listening to the waves crash right behind you. Diane was really mindful of our pace on the hike and easy to talk to, she was knowledgeable about the area and pointed cool things out along the hike. I am already planning a return trip to Sayulita and will definitely be booking this again.

We all enjoyed the experience of moderate hike through jungle followed by yoga on the beach under the shade. It was a very hot day so that added to strain with the hike which in cooler weather would have been easier. The yoga was a very gentle practice suitable to anyone. Diane and her partner, Jay, were both very nice. The only thing that would have made the tour better was if the beach was actually safe for swimming which it wasn’t due to crashing big waves.

Diane did a wonderful job guiding us through the beautiful lush scenery and Oceanside vistas of our hike! The yoga on the beach against the soothing sound of ocean waves was just what we needed after days of nonstop site seeing. The start and end point, Chaman Mexican Creative Kitchen, is also a great place to grab a smoothie before/after hike. Highly recommend the experience all around!

Lovely hike to a quiet beach. The incline was steeper than I expected but the guide was there to help if needed. I’m middle aged and overweight but have an active lifestyle. Just needed to take it slowly. The rest of the party didn’t struggle with the hike. Peaceful yoga session in a shaded beach location. Return walk was much easier. My 10 year old daughter joined me and she enjoyed the experience also.

Wonderful experience that I highly recommend booking! It’s a beautiful walk through the jungle without feeling too ‘extreme.’ The yogi session is relaxing and suitable for all levels of experience. Great way to exercise off all the wonderful food and drinks that Sayulita has to offer.
