We will mindfully hike through the lush jungle of the Sierra Madre Occidental. We will pass views that are completely breathtaking. Along the way we will see a large variety of tropical exotic plants, birds, butterflies, and more palm trees than you can imagine. Once we arrive to a private secluded beach we will begin our yoga practice under the trees in the shade. There is nothing like hearing the serene sounds of the waves crashing and birds chirping as you mediate and practice yoga. The yoga class is all levels whether you are a beginner or experienced practitioner this is for you. By connecting mindful movements and nature we give ourselves the opportunity to disconnect and quiet the mind, taking in all of the elements of nature.
You do not need any experience in yoga or hiking to participate in this experience.

What To Expect
Reconnect with nature and yourself on this unforgettable jungle and beach yoga experience. We'll begin our journey with a scenic 1.5 mile hike (approximately 45 minutes) through the lush Mexican jungle. Along the way, you'll enjoy panoramic views, tropical plants, animals, and the sounds of nature. This is truly an immersive nature experience. Our path leads to a gorgeous quiet part of the beach that feels like a hidden gem. Here, under the palms with the sounds of the waves crashing, we will transition to a beachfront yoga session. Practicing yoga on the beach is a perfect compliment to any vacation. The sounds of the ocean, the fresh breeze, and the open sky create a peaceful and inspiring setting thats impossible to replicate indoors. This experience is designed for everyone. There is no hiking or yoga experience necessary. Just bring your sense of adventure and let nature do the rest.

5.00Diane and Jay are really sweet, and the hike through the jungle and to the beaches is so beautiful! My family loved the yoga on the beach too, with the soft sand, palm trees, the sound of the birds and the ocean waves. I highly recommend this to anyone who likes nature, hiking, and the beach!

5.00This was really lovely. A not too long or hard hike to come to this beautiful beach and had my first beach yoga session. It was soo nice with the breeze and the waves. And Diane was a great instructor. Also she gave me lots of tips to do in Sayulita. I will def come back

5.00This was such an amazing experience! You start off on a beautiful little hike through the jungle with incredible ocean views. Then, you get to a secluded and scenic beach for your yoga session. My partner and I have never really done yoga but we had such a fine time! It was so relaxing and peaceful! Both Diane and Yeh were so awesome!

5.00Great way to start our stay in Sayulita. Diane and her husband were very personable and good company during the hike, sharing recommendations for our time in Sayulita. The hike had some great views and easily done in teva sandals. Yoga location was very peaceful and session was gentle and perfect when combined with hike. Definitely recommend.
A must do morning in sayulita with wonderful hosts for a perfect balance of yoga and nature.

5.00Our jungle hike and yoga experience this morning was absolutely wonderful. The hike was at a very relaxing pace, with beautiful views along the way and just the right amount of movement. There was nothing too steep or too much scrambling over rocks, which made it enjoyable for all levels. The yoga session was a gentle vinyasa that felt amazing with the sounds of the waves. Diane and Jay were unbelievably kind and welcoming, creating such a peaceful yet fun experience. I’m already hoping to book another session while I’m still here in Sayulita. Don’t miss this opportunity for a relaxing morning surrounded by nature and stunning views!

5.00Small group and had a great experience with Diane and Jesus. They are both fun and nice people. Diane took us into a since yoga flow that was much needed. We all hung around then hiked back chatted and bonded.
