We had a wonderful day with Ride Me Panama hiking the India Dormida i Cerro Silla. The hike was a moderate level and took us in total about 3 hours of hiking.

We had an absolutely fantastic day exploring Valle de Antón thanks to our amazing guide Luis! If you are looking for someone who truly knows these mountains, look no further. The highlight was definitely the La India Dormida (Sleeping Indian) trail. Our guide’s paced the steep sections perfectly, ensuring we were safe and comfortable while pointing out hidden details like the ancient petroglyphs at Piedra Pintada and beautiful waterfalls along the way. Luis made the entire experience feel personalized and special. He was coordinating with us before the trip and helped us customize the trip for our needs. Thanks for making this such a memorable experience for us.

We had an incredible time on our day trip to Valle De Anton! Highly recommend. Luis and his team were extremely professional, personable, friendly and fun to be around. They had excellent communication prior to and the morning of the tour and arrived on time. Luis is so sweet and knowledgeable! He immediately made us feel comfortable and he answered all questions we had about Panama in general. He speaks excellent English and made the two hour trip from Panama City to Anton valley go by in a flash. The actual hike itself was incredible with stunning views that were very rewarding. Luis and Hilma (local guide) did an amazing job at helping us feel safe and comfortable as they took us up. Shout out to Paula for driving us there safely. We were also fortunate to have most of the trail and the viewpoints to ourselves with good weather. They also supplied us with plenty of water and electrolytes and accommodated us by taking us to a good vegetarian restaurant in the area. We greatly enjoyed our time. This is a genuine company/ team that truly wants to share what their amazing country has to offer.

Luis was fantastic. He was flexible, communicative, had perfect English for those who need it, knowledgeable and we always felt like we were taken care of. Him and his team were a true representation of warm, Panamanian hospitality. We had so much fun - 5 out of 5!!!

The entire experience from beginning to end was amazing! From the booking process to the communication to the actual experience. Service was great, the transfer from Panama City was smooth, felt safe, which was extremely important for us. We were accompanied by Luis Franco, our transfer coordinator and we had a great conversation along the way. We got to Anton and we were transported on a UTV to where the hike started. Our guide Gilma was great! She is local to the area so she was very knowledgeable and we saw amazing sceneries. It was definitely an experience worth doing. I truly recommend it!!

Excellent service. The tour guide was extremely attentive from the moment I was picked up until the moment I was dropped off. He was always checking in, offered beverages in the car, and shared history and cultural insights about Panama throughout the entire tour. We stopped at the market in El Valle de Antón, made all the necessary stops along the way, and had lunch at a local restaurant called El Cielo, which was amazing. It was a complete experience from morning to afternoon. I recommend it 100%.

We booked this trip, because we are frequent hikers back in the Northeast and wanted to get a peak in Panama! We traveled with our parents (age 65) and kids (ages 1 & 4). Two hikes was a little ambitious, but thanks to the great flexibility and care of Louis and his team we were able to have great day! We drove to El Valle in a large passenger van and fit comfortably. Due to the number of people in our party (6) we were able to have a private tour which was amazing. I reached out to Louis with questions about the tour before booking and he was extremely responsive. I'm very glad we did the tour. The hike up India Dormida itself was challenging. It is a large staircase. Our guide was a professional and could do the hike in 15 minutes, but was very patient with us. When my parents needed to stop and decided not to go any further. Louis had a team member hike the mountain to meet them and hike with them back down so they felt safe and comfortable. This was amazing and much appreciated. That being said my 4 year old did walk all the way to the top with only a little assistance at the end. We elected to put her in a carrier on the way down to save time and get together with our family faster. The views were incredible. No rain for us, but it was definitely hot and humid so the cold waters and Gatorades provided by Louis were a life saver. Lunch at the hotel was amazing. The second half of the day we were supposed to hike La Cilla but opted not to, due to the energy levels of the family. Since we were the only ones on the tour Louis was very flexible to change plans and took us to a beach on the way back for the kids to play in the water. It was an authentic beach with Ranchitos and one of the most memorable parts of the experience. We got back to the hotel around 630 PM, later than the intended time, but we were not pressured to rush at any point. I would highly recommend Louis and RideMe for a family adventure in Panama. I was wishing we booked other tours through them!

I can 300% recommend this trip to anyone mainly interested in hiking and fine dining in Anton Valley. I was looking for something that would not visit the Anton Zoo or spend too much time in other tourist spots such as the artisan market ( which is very nice but also small and can be done in about half an hour). The trip with Rideme hit the spot. I was picked up by the amazing team of Luis and Paula from Panama City. Straight away they made me feel comfortable. They were very kind and flexible, their only wish : I have an amazing trip. Paula is an excellent and safety orientated driver. Luis a very friendly and lively tour guide who taught me a lot about Panama in general and about the Anton valley. We were met in the valley by the hiking guide Vizenze, who is super passionate about the tour he gives and could probably walk the trail with his eyes closed ! All in all an amazing day, wether on the road or on the trail, safety and going at the customers‘ pace always came first. Thanks guys !
