We will have a wonderful walk learning about the city, the history, the architecture and many tips on how to have the best trip while you are here in San Miguel de Allende.

On this tour people with learn about the history of the City. Through our walk people will be able to see how buildings are telling you a story behind its doors, its colors. In this former Convent we will appreciate part of the religious history of the city and how it ended up being an art center.

5.00Not all walking tours are alike. I’ve been on three and the Follow Me tour was by far the best tour! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable. I definitely recommend thanking this tour and look forward to Jalal as your guide!

5.00We visited this magical town for the first time and were fortunate to have a very fun tour guide. He was friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. Each location had its own unique charm, and without this guided tour, we wouldn’t have discovered all the hidden gems and magical spots. This experience is definitely a must-do while you’re in town. 5.00Jalal Salazar of Follow Me Tours (in Calle Del Pueblito in San Miguel de Allende), was our tour guide for this excellent tour. Jalal is fluent in English, and she is a fully licensed and experienced tour guide. She has a passion for her job and she is an incredible source of information. She is personable, knowledgeable, professional and comprehensive. I came away from this feeling more intelligent about Mexican history and culture. We also signed up for the tour of Atotonilco with Jalal and Follow Me Tours. Atotoniclo is a few miles outside of SMA. It is a 17th century church which got SMA its UNESCO world heritage site status. It is spectacular. Often called the “Sistine Chapel of Mexico” because of its extensive ceiling murals, but different in style and purpose. This excursion included a stop for authentic “gorditas” too. I cannot say enough good things about Jalal Salazar and Follow Me Tours. 5 STARS!!!
