Jalal is one of the most passionate guides I’ve ever toured with. As a travel advisor I always recommend Follow Me Tours. Ive done the SMA walking tour, private tour and group Guanajuato. Jalal, Emma, Aldo and the whole crew are professional, kind and excited to share with you their full hearts. Don’t think twice in using this company just book!

On our tour to Guanajuato, Ema did a fantastic job of not only taking us around, but also the history of everything we saw. The whole day trip was a joy.

Terrific day trip from SMA with Emma as our awesome guide. She is well informed , smart, articulate and fun. Interesting history to learn and beautiful vistas to take in. Of all the guides during our SMA and CDMX trip, she was the best !

I was travelling solo just in time for the Day of the Dead. Jalal was such an energetic, informative and attentive tour guide that made my week. Also, joining a day tour to Guanajuato instead of self-guided tours was the best decision I've made during my Mexico trip.

It was a lovely tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and took amazing pictures of us. The tour was definitely worth it, but I was a bit disappointed that we missed the alley kiss activity - that was something I was really looking forward to. Overall it was a great experience and I recommend this tour.

I was looking for a shared group tour from San Miguel de Allende and several people recommended Follow Me Tours, so I went with them. I ended up doing a day tour to Guanajuato – about 90 minutes away. There were only a handful of us, which made the experience more memorable. Aldo was our tour guide. He has spent numerous summers with extended family in the US and has traveled extensively to other countries as well (he was traveling to Turkey soon), which made him an excellent tour guide. The Diego Rivera Museum was a bit of a letdown, but otherwise I really enjoyed the day outing. It was fun to be there as the city got ready for the Cervantes festival and I appreciated how there were no gimmicky, “We’re going to stop at this super touristy place to encourage you to buy stuff from these vendors” that many group tours corral you into doing. Being a smaller group, we were able to pepper Aldo with several questions about daily life and it was interesting to get a local’s perspective on how San Miguel de Allende has changed over the years. Two items to note: 1) If the tour doesn’t have enough people, they will cancel it & refund you (unless you can join another tour instead) and 2) they do not pick you up from your hotel; you need to meet them at their office instead, which is located about 5-10 minutes away from the central El Jardin area.
