Great experience, especially for the older crowd. The memories found in the Hall are amazing. As great as it was, there are a few things that could make the experience better. Signage to enter the Hall are not good. You need to go down the escalator to find the entrance. If you are looking for someone or some thing, or information about a team, it is hard to find. There is no real order as to how memorabilia is displayed. In a few areas there is good organization, like the evolution of equipment. However if you wanted to see all things about Gordie Howe you would have to look in many places. Some of the item descriptions are hard to read because of lighting, don’t, or location (too high or low on the wall). Don’t miss the Esso Hall which is where the trophies are, including the Cup, championship rings, and retired Cup bands.

Very thorough exhibit of hockey’s best. Includes the history of the game right through to present including development of the women’s game. We loved it.
