This tour offers much more than just sightseeing — it’s a journey through Hoi An’s living history, culture, and flavors.
Led by a local expert guide who truly understands the soul of the Ancient Town, you’ll explore the most iconic landmarks while hearing the hidden stories behind them.
Unlike many walking tours, this experience also includes authentic local food tasting at family-run eateries — where you can enjoy Cao lầu, Bánh mì, Mì Quảng, and Chè xí mà just like the locals do.
We keep the group size small and personal, allowing plenty of time for interaction, photography, and cultural discovery at your own pace.
By the end of the tour, you won’t just see Hoi An — you’ll feel it, taste it, and understand why this ancient town has charmed travelers for centuries.

My husband and I had the most wonderful time in Hoi An with Billy! Billy is an excellent tour guide. He has lived in Hoi Ann for most of his life and knows the place through and through. He taught us about the culture, food, language, local insights and mostly everything we needed to know to have a great time in Hoi An. He recommended experiences such as the coffee making workshop, the Hoi An food tour, making dresses and suits with the tailors, all which added a lot of value to our trip. He is friendly, engaging, approachable, made our day feels very relaxed. I particularly loved that he taught us the language - How to say "thank you", "how much", "too much", which helped us converse with the locals. This was especially beneficial at the tailors, for sure! He went above and beyond to tailor the experience for us, Australians. He took care of our day to day worries as he gave cheap and convenient recommendations to laundry, ATM's, pharmacy - all the essential places one may need to visit on a trip far away from home! We had an enjoyable time with him at the Golden bridge. He made sure the trip ran seamlessly. He brought so much of energy and passion and we loved learning from him.

We visited Vietnam last week and had the most incredible time exploring Hoi An and Ba Na Hills, all thanks to our guide, Billy. He is professional, punctual, and speaks excellent English, which made our trip completely stress-free. Our day at Ba Na Hills was perfectly timed; Billy knew exactly how to navigate the crowds so we could enjoy the Golden Bridge and the French Village without feeling rushed. Beyond the usual spots, he took us to several hidden gems in and around Hoi An that we never would have found on our own. He is also a fantastic photographer and made sure we went home with stunning photos. What really stood out was his kindness and flexibility—he tailored everything to our pace and made us feel like we were travelling with a friend rather than a guide. If you’re visiting Hoi An or Da Nang, do yourself a favour and book with Billy!"

Loved this Hội An tour. The stops were great and had nice variety from a pagoda visit to a music performance. The food we tried was delicious, especially the white rose dumplings. Our guide Hai was friendly and shared interesting stories throughout. I enjoyed his perspective. He also did a great job managing the heat, keeping us in the shade when possible and balancing indoor and outdoor stops. He even added in a coffee stop for my coffee-loving daughter. We really appreciated how helpful the team was. They rescheduled us with just a few hours’ notice after we had a scooter mishap. Billy is a good communicator and responded to texts really fast. Highly recommend. It was a great day.

We had two days with Billy. We did Ba Na Hills on our first day. Billy was very organised and made sure we avoided the crowds. He made sure the kids enjoyed themselves as well especially with the games and activities. Our second day with Billy was fantastic. He met us at our Resort where we rode bikes around the countryside looking at different farms and educating the kids and us adults at the same time. We then did a cooking class where we made spring rolls, fish and a Vietnamese pancake. We also tried a few other delicacies as an extra bonus. We then rode to make lanterns which we thoroughly enjoyed then the kids made lots of lollipops. Billy then showed us around his home and then dropped us back at our Resort. I can't recommend Billy highly enough. He went above and beyond both days and made sure we were satisfied in every way. Thanks again Billy.

Brilliant tour. Hai was very knowledgeable but also fun and friendly, taking photographs of our family whilst showing us around the old town and helping us to navigate the local foods too. Great way to spend a sunny afternoon, thoroughly recommend this trip

Another visit to Vietnam automatically includes another tour with Billy. I could visit for an entire lifetime and still have plenty of beautiful sights and delicious left to try. Thank you, Billy, for welcoming me, and giving me my first opportunity to celebrate Lunar New Year in the motherland. I enjoyed trying so many delicious home cooked foods. If you're on the fence, don't hesitate and just book something, anything! You'll not only have the tour of a lifetime but gain a friend for life. Cheers!
