After that ,you will be warmly welcome to our restaurant with nice local greeting drinks .you will have 2 hours become "our family member " by cooking class .Our chefs will teach you How to cook some local foods and you'll enjoy you lunch or dinner by yourself
Our local guides will pick you up at your hotel and you will be transferred to the local market in Hoi an .Our guide will introduce different ingredients to you one by one during your cooking class

5.00I was the only one registered for this tour that afternoon. It was appreciated that they didn’t charge me double or cancel the tour like other operators in the past. Mr Tran took me to his local market - it was so much fun. The vendors were so welcoming and allowed me to try a variety of fruits and herbs. Learning already about the basics of their cooking. Mr Tran went above and beyond by picking up ingredients that I loved such as lemon. I went on the coconut boat and my boat guide took me to the quiet part of the river away from the masses!! I learn the netting technique of catching fish. The operator was patient with me even when I was close to making a mess with the net. Loved the experience even if we didn’t catch fish. I had so much fun cooking with his sister in law. I met many of the family and was welcomed with open arms. The choice of meals was delicious and very easy to duplicate. Highly recommend this tour it was well priced and such welcoming hosts!!

5.00Really good experience from the local market to eating what we prepared ! Only weird point was the basket boat where we tried to fish but others (asiats) toutists were just there to sing and party… a bit strange but ok !

5.00The Hoi An Eco Tour Cooking Class & Fishing is a must-try experience for those looking for an authentic taste of Vietnamese cuisine and culture. The tour takes you on a journey through the local market to shop for fresh ingredients, followed by a relaxing bamboo boat ride down the river, and ended with the cooking class. The guide is knowledgeable and introduced us to some new local herbs, such as banana flower and purple basil, which added a unique flavor to the dishes we prepared. The highlight of the tour was the fishing experience, where we got to try our hand at catching fish and crabs. The boat ride through the coconut forest was also a memorable experience, and we got to learn about the traditional fishing practices of the locals. The cooking class was held in a beautiful outdoor setting, and we got to cook four dishes including fried spring rolls, fried noodles with seafood, rice pancake, and green papaya salad. All the dishes were easy to make, and the ingredients were fresh and of excellent quality. The best part was getting to enjoy the fruits of our labor and eat the delicious food we had prepared. Overall, the Hoi An Eco Tour Cooking Class & Fishing was an enjoyable experience that we would highly recommend. 5.00We had a great time! We chose the afternoon tour and so glad we did. The food was filling! The basket boats are so fun - expect to pay a little tip for the spinning of boat or fishing. They even do karaoke!! Don’t expect to learn much about the coconut trees…
