Got off at one of the stops. Driver indicated where we would be collected. Then just watch buses pass us by and not collect us. Ended up walking to 4 of the 21 attractions. Waste of time and money.

We (spouse and myself) used this tour to go around Washington,DC. We had a pleasant time because there is no schedule except to remember that 4pm is the last tour trip. Tip: you might want to ride in the whole trolley tour and then decide what sight you want to hang around in to get off at, the second time on the same day the trolley takes you around again.

Great to have time to explore each monument at your own pace, but heed others warnings about catching the trolly at each stop. It can be a bit challenging to know where to wait with other buses and no signage allowed for most stops. We got left behind a couple of times. We just walked more, which was fine, but we didnt get to see as much. Definitely took longer than 2-1/2 hrs., so allow yourself plenty of time. Its easily an all day tour if you want to really look at monuments and explore each stop. A great addition would be an app that tells customers when and where the trolleys are located! We started just before 1pm and the last trolleys head back to union station at 4pm. We didnt get to see all the monuments and didnt go through any museums. The drivers ARE knowledgeable and helpful and made the experience during the ride fun. Be sure to wear your walking shoes and be prepared to be flexible! Again, an app would be a great addition! We wouldn't choose this type of tour again just because of the frustration of catching the trolleys.

It was very informative. The drivers were great! My only complaint is that the Viatorbmap of stops was wrong. It needs to be updated. We went to stop one only to find out it was not stop one anymore.

Perfect for getting an overview. Definitely should get the 15 stops including the Arlington tram. Make sure to get Simone’s tram from the Lincoln memorial to Arlington. She’s the best!

Fun hop on/off trolley with lots of stops at top attractions. Wish they had an app to see where/when the trolleys were picking up. But still a fun experience!

The bus is a very good thing as the drivers give out so much knowledge and maneuver through the traffic with grace. We went back to the Lincoln Memorial the next day in our rental car and we circled multiple times and found trying to park was a hassle, construction and no parking ramps. The drivers are nice folks, I definitely recommend using this service.
