This was a unique experience. However, my expectation was a bit different than what was delivered. First off, they crammed 5 adults into each small corner. I hardly had room for my feet, and one girl had to sit on her husbands lap for landing! I truly expected the ride to go over the beautiful town of Toledo. My mistake. It was in the distance and mostly a country side view. It would have been nice to have had the balloon more ready upon arrival, rather than to wait for the 30 minutes+ set up time and the same at the end. At least for the cost! Maybe if I wasn’t so cold…it would have been more pleasant. I still loved the experience…a first for my son and I, but for the cost-it could be improved.

the whole team is amazing, the actual ride was incredible, the views of Segovia will blow your mind, they were so helpful when I told them I was proposong they went above and beyond to make the whole experience perfect thank you Nyx, Danny and your whole crew amazing!!!
