Are you ready to unveil the secrets of the capital of La Mancha? Let's go!
As we walk around Toledo Cathedral we will learn about the legends and stories associated with the city of the three cultures: Christians, Arabs and Jews lived together in a city with many secrets to discover.
We will also learn about the history of the Visigoths and muslims who once occupied the grounds of the current Cathedral which dates back to the 13th century. We will continue in the Jewish quarter, one of the most artistic areas and monumental legacy of the historic centre.
We conclude by returning to the initial meeting point, but not before passing by the Casa Don Rodrigo de la Fuente, a 15th-century palace house that was a witness and important protagonist of Toledo's history and is considered a Site of Cultural Interest.

Our guide Paula was very knowledgeable and always happy to answer any questions. Thanks to her we discovered many hidden gems we would have missed if we would have been on our own. We highly recommend this tour if you want to hear about the history of the city and discover the most interesting places in a short time.

Terrific and informative tour of Toledo, with an overview of the history and import ant monuments and dates in this ancient city. Our tour guide, Mariann, was great and in addition to answering all our questions, she kept us all safe in the traffic of this complex city.

Our guide Maria was very engaging and informative across our multiple stops in Toledo - we had a taste of all the primary sites and excellent historical context. We appreciated the earpieces so we could hear all of her comments clearly. This tour was excellent value and we recommend!

This tour was supposed to be 90 minutes starting at 10:15am. We booked with this timing in mind due to our other pre-booked, pre-paid train tickets from Madrid, and our Toledo Cathedral tickets. The night before the tour, the operator changed the time to start at 11:45am. Despite tour operator having my email and phone number, I was only sent a What’s App notice, which I did not see (not an app I usually use). I was not asked permission to change the time, nor was I given another option, and the new time would never have worked with our other plans. So we did go to the meeting place at the booked time, found no guide, and tried calling but no one picked up the phone. 90 minutes later - at the new time - the guide sent me two ALL CAPS messages demanding to know where I was, which seemed unnecessarily angry, since we did show up at the correct original time. We finally figured out there was a change at that point, but the touring opportunity for us was gone. Although I understand an operator might have a rare emergency that might necessitate a last-minute change, the communication was poor, and the tone was all wrong. 2 stars only because the operator did initiate my refund.

Great tour. Our guide Paula was informative and amusing. Nice overview of this amazing historic and holy place. Good walk not too long. Tour covers central part of the city. Good recommendations for food and follow up visits to sites. If you are looking for a both a view of the city and a bit of it's looong history this is a good tour to take.
